We went to Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant in Pismo Beach to try some items. First of all the service was not good, you ask for items and it takes them forever to bring it to you. The portions are small, not like other Mexican restaurants. The food is expensive for what you get, and not real authentic tasting Mexican food. I asked for some extra sauce on my Burrito because it was dry and they wanted to charge me and extra $2.00. Really ! Don't Go Here !

we had 2 salads delivered to our hotel room thru MealClub.com. The taco salad with chicken was excellent. nice size, good flavor, in a taco bowl. the Fajita salad with chicken was just OK but plenty of chicken and good sized. Great delivery service.

After a movie at the fair oaks theater we visited me in Zâs for an early Mexican dinner. This restaurant offers consistent selections with the same owner working in the kitchen. We were served a cup of soup grad us and also a small dessert of vanilla ice cream with maple sauce is also included in any of the dinners. They do offer a beer and a few mixed drinks. The four of As of dined on chicken tostada us. The wait staff came kept the salsa and chips flowing. It is a small restaurant that has a large outside patio which is great for the warmer months. Give it a try if you are in the area,you wonât be disappointed.

Last night nine of us had dinner at old Juanâs after attending the Melodrama in Oceano. There was a side room reserved for us and the service was great and dinner was served on a timely basis. I ordered a midsize chicken tostada. I looked as hard as I could and I could hardly find any chicken. Just a few pulled segments mixed in with the salad. Not as appetizing or a as appealing as Iâve had in the past. Everyone else was pleased with their dinner so I was the only one that was not happy.

We go here for the Shrimp Cocktail (Mexican Style)...hard to find around here and they do a great job! Also good tacos, etc. Tiny little place but we keep going back for the Cocktail! One of our favorite spots. Owner is very pleasant and accommodating as well.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Zorroâs last night. I couldnât decide between the cod and shrimp tacos and the server suggested one of each! They were both delicious, lots of fresh cabbage, radish and yummy sauce. Dinner was served with tortilla chips and salsa. The chips were fantastic. Overall I really enjoyed this restaurant.

Staying at Pismo, walked to the Ventana, enjoyed a few cocktails then have a lovely very enjoyable meal earlier in the evenings I guess you could dine while the sun sets. Great atmosphere
