We use to eat at this El Vaqueroâs nearly once a week if not more. For the past 6 months it has gone downhill in food quality and taste. On our last three visits the food appeared to have been frozen and reheated. Unfortunately this was our last visit for a very long time. $35.00 is too much money to waste on frozen/microwave tasting food.

Excellent food, environment, treatment. The owner was very attentive and gave us multiple options on his menu. Family environment. Food was excellent and the restaurant is very clean. Definitely will come again!!

Stopped here on the way to Florida. Hardly anyone in restaurant due to time of day. Was helped by a young man named Ranaz at the counter. VERY great service with excellent personality and interaction. This young man has great potential with such a great personality. God speed to you Ranaz!

Stopped into Barberitos with no thoughts about what we might find. Great lunch!! I had one of the best quesadillas ever and my husband had a nacho--loaded! Really, loaded. The spicy chicken was exceptional. The young man at the counter provided excellent customer service since it was our first visit. Superior value. Vegetables were fresh. Will do again.

True! Excellent Mexican food to match any Mexican restaurant you have ever experienced but then have the choices be very nicely displayed on TWO buffet tables. And of course the proof of ANY place to eat is the TASTE and the La Nacional Mexican Buffet is tops! The waitress was very friendly and even served us a sample of a Mexican drink. The staff was always making sure the tables and floors were cleaned. And to top everything--the meal was VERY reasonable per plate.
