Great location downtown,but disappointing food. I got a nightly special,Santa Fe chicken. I swear they just flopped a big ball of previously frozen spinach on top of the chicken,and the green peppers in the dish were raw,not sauteed at all. It was dry and not appetizing at all.

The staff was friendly. But the food was bland and not very good. They seemed to present it well, but it did not taste very good. I could not finish my ground beef taco, it was awful. I had a chicken tostada, and although it was edible, it was very bland and not seasoned at all. My husband and son said the same, perhaps this is just Mexican food in the area but compared to the other restaurants we have been to at home, it is not good. I would not recommend it. None of us finished out plates.

YOU WANT AUTHENTIC? YOU GOT IT! We were the only gringos in the shop/restaurant and had the best beef tongue tacos and home made salsa you can imagine. Mexican Beers available and everything is made fresh to order. CHEAP.nothing to brag about in terms of décor.

I hadnât stopped here for a while. I was sad. The food is not as good as it once was. Menu us confusing. Options were more limited. Sushi was ok. Asparagus is still excellent. That was all.

Eight of us on a busy Friday night went in and got a table to accommodate all of us. Our drink order was taken promptly and warm chips and salsa arrived. We were looked after by Roller and Elvia They both went out of there way to ensure all was taken care of. I had the chicken fajitas and it was delicious Lots of chicken and a good sized salad plate came with it. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. It was my first visit and next time back in North Augusta I will be going back...

Weâve eaten here a few times and it was pretty much like most Mexican places that âAmericanizedâ. We went one evening and had quick service with chips and drinks. My husband loves really, really spicy salsa and asked for some (like every time before). We ordered our food and I asked for a little fresh cilantro on my meal. When our meal came I got a bowl of cilantro, enough for 4+ people, so much waste. We got the bill and weâre shocked to see extra charges for the spicy salsa and the cilantro. The waiter never mentioned the charges and this is not something weâve been charged before here or at any other restaurant. When we asked the cashier we were told sometimes (not every time) thereâs a charge for those things. If the food was stellar and charges mentioned up front weâd go back, but neither is true so last visit for us.
