I've been in a lot of Mexican restaurants and found that this one had a varied selection with a different slant to old familiar dishes. My combo plate had a taco and two enchiladas and all were different from any that I've had before. Service was good and prices reasonable for the class of restaurant.

try to get to sites before or after lunch hours...have been retired for 15 years.brought my newspapers and ordered a 4-way and root beer...served promptly, and correctly...food was excellent, hot and tasty.go here quite often...have for 15 years...can't say anything bad about the "boy's" who own this outlet.

My son had a weeknight baseball game in the area, so a few of the families decided to try El Rancho Nuevo for dinner after the game. After we ate, we were all hoping that we had another game in the area this season so we could get dinner here again. The food, drinks, and service were all good. The restaurant was very clean. I had the Burrito Norteno, which was one of the best thing I've had in a Mexican restaurant. It's about 45 minutes from our house, so we likely won't return unless we're in the area but we've thought about it.

I think they grew to fast and got away from their core. Food portions are a lot smaller with a bigger price. Miss the radishes in the taco salad please no cilantro in the salsa makes it taste like soap.

We the food was good but not what I ordered. Asked for beef special and got a different meal made out of chicken. Good hot chips. The service is just OK. Hard to find someone when there was a problem.

We stopped here for lunch because it didn't look like much from the outside but it got good reviews. We were disappointed. We looked at the menu board and were trying to decide which salad, wrap or sandwich to order. A young lady told us to take a seat and she would bring menus to the table. There seemed to be only two young people working there, the young lady and a young man who was busily doing this and that while she waited on a take out order. Apparently they were overwhelmed with the order and after waiting at our table for about 5 minutes with zero service we walked out. I rarely rate places "terrible" but with zero service, what else can you say? Obviously I can't comment on the quality of the food but it seemed overpriced based on the prices posted on their menu board. I will never go back.

I have been visiting a different location (which is further away from my home) for about a month now. Decided to try this location again........still disappointing. The workers look like it is the most miserable place to be. No smiling, interaction or greetings. That is usually a result of the work atmosphere. They are out of at least 1 item at all times. The food portions are HORRIBLY SMALL in relation to other stores, even though the price continues to increase. I enjoy Chipotle VERY much! Someone from my family has it at least 5 times a week but this location is a disaster!! I guess I will just continue to drive farther away to a better location.

Decided to grab a late afternoon lunch between appointments, place was almost empty. Was very impressed with the menu, took a while to get through it while munching on chips (just okay) and salsa (outstanding). Went with a combination burrito, and certainly had no complaints. Bigger than expected, and delicious. What was a bit off putting was the service, it was as if I had been forgotten after my food was delivered. Finally was asked if I wanted a drink refill at the same time I was asked if I was ready for my check. Will give them a second chance due to the intriguing menu and quality food.
