I believe that the chef has been changed because there are new specials being offered that are quite interesting and delicious.We shared two entrees between us:Chimi Poblanas were two chimi shangas of beef, covered with dark mole sauce, served with rice and beans. Delicious!Steal and Camarone Diabla was a very large portion of steak cooked to your liking, served with shrimp and a spicy adobe sauce, with a large green salad. Wonderful.

I frequently visit the Burrito Shack when I find myself in a pinch for dinner and we're never disappointed. They serve good burritos that are amply proportioned, a good value for the money. My son is fond of The Stoner. I myself prefer the crab burrito with mango habanero salsa. They also serve french fries an offer free refills on fountain soda.

They have a very strict menu and do not alter any of their meals. If you want a chimichenga you have to get the sides that come with it as they do not sell it as a solo item. Their food is made quickly and served hot and they have a nice salsa bar which is refillable
