Taco Sano is like a burrito on steroids, these things are MASSIVE. If you have ever had Taco Del Sol, you understand the concept this local place is going for. What sets them apart are:1. Everything at Taco Sano is made in house, this isn't a chain where the meat is shipped in already cooked in bags. The kitchen has more utensils then just scissors. 2. The salsas and sauces are FANTASTIC. Be sure to try the pineapple, and the peanut. If you like spicy... the Glacier Melt is all you could want x10. use with caution, your face will melt off. 3. Atmosphere here embodies the Missoula spirit. It is offbeat, friendly, and a fun place to eat. They encourage BYOB (bring your own beer) and are right around the corner from Kettlehouse Brewery. Grab a Crowler and get some tacos!

Had the loaded tortilla chicken meal and I loved it. This was a bargain at $10.25 incl the large drink. The place wasn't crowded, the service fast and friendly.

We live in a primarily Mexican Community, and, in addition, vacation in different rural Mexican villages nearly every year. So, we are very aware of what authentic Mexican food is really like. Fiesta En Jalisco is very authentic. While the atmosphere is not like being in the little dirt floored hovel cafes and restaurants that we have experienced in Mexico, the food is very close to that which one would be served in the humble surroundings of a Mexican eatery.

We ate breakfast at this new restaurant we had heard about. I had a delicious scramble with bacon, eggs and I added the green chili sauce, which was very good. My friend had a chicken egg burrito and it was large enough for breakfast and lunch. There was a good crowd waiting in line which means word of mouth is getting out that this a a nice place for a casual or takeout breakfast. There are not many tables so not so good for a group.

This restaurant serves some of the absolutely boring, Americanized "Mexican" food I have ever eaten. The food is bland, and all tastes the same!

We have been to Mexican restaurants all over the country, and too often they are bland and tasteless. This restaurant was a real find, as they used spices and flavors and our meals were absolutely delicious. I even bought some of the salsa to take home and I suggested they should bottle that recipe to sell by itself. The service was also perfect, with a super-friendly waiter who was obviously a fan of the food himself. Traffic re-routing makes this a little out of the way, but it is close to Southgate Mall and worth the detour.

A couple years ago a friend took us to this place, we have visited it with every trip to Missoula since then. The food is always wonderful, fresh, and very well prepared. 'Locally sourced' is an understatement here. They raise much of the food themselves, and are very choosy about the rest.Due to a couple health concerns my wife and I have, I sent a personal email enquiry to the owners. It was promptly responded to, with a very nice reply. These people have my loyalty. This restaurant serves real food, not chemical enhanced fake chain restaurant stuff. Real culantro, and honest to goodness peppers, along with everything being fresh, gives a wonderful flavor. I would call this authentic Mexican food. The menu isn't huge, but there's something for everyone, and check the daily specials. It is served right from the kitchen to the serving window. It's not spicy hot from the kitchen, but there is some wonderful house made sauces at the tables to add your own, very tasty 'heat'Informal and casual, but definitely fine dining.

We love Taco Del Sol as their food is fresh and delicious - very filling and staff are so friendly, and helpful! Prices are super thrifty and portions huge. Taco del Sol is Mexican on the cheap and yummy right here in River City.

I have travelled all around the world and have tried Mexican food in each place I have visited. I like the food at Fiesta En Jalisco better than most. I don't care if it is authentic Mexican food, I love it! The portions are always huge, the service is fast, the staff speaks Spanish and English and we always enjoy our time here! The price is not going to break the bank either!! I will always come back here whenever I am in Missoula!!

Augustine took care of us very well. He was cordial and attentive. The chorizo / bean dip was not very tasty, however. It needs some work. The dinner combinations were standard American Mexican restaurant fare. Our corner table near the entrance was almost like a private booth. We enjoyed the two surprise deluges right outside our window.
