My first time at the Minot Paradiso. Great chips, we had a great waitress. The food was great; I had the enchiladas which were very good. Great location near Minot State University, but was hoping for better food for my second time eating here. My first time here was not great, I had problems with my food order and the staff. Today, orders came up quickly, but my Cheese Pizza was burnt around the edges. My Garlic Knots, not too shabby. I did enjoy those dang Garlic Knots and pizza sauce.

Ran in for a quick dinner while visiting family. Small restaurant, clean with friendly service. Nice selection. The California burritos are huge and seem to be popular. Four of us were pleased with our dishes, food tasted fresh and we were stuffed! We would eat here again.

I love love love their breakfast burritos itâs almost become an every weekend thing.. lol they have 10% military discount and delicious chips and salsa as well. They also serve glass bottled pop and beer which is nice :) the prices are reasonable and everything is soooo good, highly recommend!

Up till last year they were excellent, over the past 6 months there has been a significant decline. Food is a mix of semi-fresh, processed & bland ingredients served lukewarm. Formerly, it was fresh, savory, piping hot & worthy of being called Mexican food. This has been hard to stomach, as a matter of fact you will need a ready supply of Rolaids post meal & I am not prone to heartburn! For the very best Mexican food in the state, I suggest a visit to Charras & Tequila in Bismarck or Devils lake. I will drive the 100 miles to either to enjoy real Mexican food/service before I would endure Mi Mexico again....
