Have returned several times and never displeased. We often go as a couple, but also enjoy bringing guests. Service is friendly and efficient and the food never fails to please. Lots of variety and special requests are handled as well. Nothing negative about this place.

We enjoyed the cozy ambiance, tasty margarita, table-side guacamole, tortilla soup, and shrimp empanadas. All were a twist on authentic Mexican fare.Attentive and thoughtful service. Heaven on earth. Chipotle is a goldmine. A "fast-food" restaurant which features less than 10 menu items. Unbelieveable. Mineola location is always VERY clean. Friendly staff and all of the ingredients are always fresh. The out-the-door line is always handled promptly so there never is a long wait. And YES this location DOES abide by the Chipotle die-hard menu if you know what I'm talking about. ;)
