Costa Mesa came highly recommended by Jose', the gracious restaurant manager at the Casa de Palmas Renaissance in McAllen. What an amazing delight of classic Mejicano cuisine just north of the border. The enchiladas and chalupas were perfect and the house Margarita exceptional. Our server was as welcoming as the warm and inviting setting. Mi esposa even walked away with two new favorite native pendants. Gracias!

Six of us for dinner on a Friday night. Seated right away with chips & salsa. Very good homemade tasting chips. Margarita was good and only $6. Large plate of food. Hot & tasty. Great service.

Delia's has always had good tamales. The location in Pharr (Jackson Rd) is my favorite. The tamales are a nicely filled and tasty. The pork tamales really stood out this past week. They were really well seasoned and flavorful. Keep up the great work on these pork tamales!

Nice facility with good waitstaff but service was a little slow. Seems to be over-priced for the meals that were served. The "enchiladas ala chipolte" lacked flavor but had plenty of chicken in them. The "Camarones a la Rebecca" had good sized shrimp but the bacon was way undercooked, almost to the point of being raw.

I meant, we order the stake plate, the meat and beans were fine, the rice and guacamole not that good The corn tortillas are just made and good, but the flour tortilla is taste less and hard as soon as it gets cold For a fast mexican restaurant, itâs just ok Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience at our restaurant. We have taken note of your comments, and are working hard to make sure that your next visit is one of a better impression. We hope to have the chance to better serve you.

When we walked in it smelled great and service was very friendly and prompt. The 3 sauces for the chips were great. The chimichurro sauce was their house favorite. Lots of garlic and spice. The chicken cauldo was good especially after we added some chimichurro, then it was super. I had the shrimp nachos ( canât remember the name on the menu. It was excellent, my husband had enchiladas and chili relleno. He said it was good but nothing special. As the meal went on the service faltered and we sat for over 10 mins waiting for the check after the plates had been removed. All and all though we did enjoy it and would go back.
