We visited their location on Marion-Mt. Gilead Road last week and were impressed with both the quality and portions. I had the enchiladas. I was served 5 enchiladas filled with refried beans, beef, chicken, cheese and groundbeef. My wife had the Special which had a chile relleno, burrito, chalupo, enchilada and taco. Way too much for her to eat in one sitting.

Food was decent, service was...okay. Had lunch with a friend and her kids. Took forever to get our orders even though we were ready when they brought out drinks. Food was fairly good and hot. Instead of the bringing the kids their meals first, they brought out the adult meals and it took several minutes before they brought the kids meals. That was the last we saw of a server as they brought the bill at the same time. No making sure everything was okay or checking to see if we needed refills.

Victor's Taco Shop of Delaware opened a second location in Marion last week. Business has been good with lines of cars down both Fairground and Main Streets. The annual popcorn festival downtown helped to drive sales, I would imagine. We'll see if Victor's is able to thrive or winds up like the vacant pizza place across the street that has had five different tenants in as many years. When I was able to get there on a lunch break, I ordered the mucho grande combo for $8.11. The rolled tacos and tostada were good, but that is a lot more than I would normally pay for lunch. There is no inside seating or restroom and only two tables outside.

I agree with Gwen S. There are two other Taco Bell outlets in Marion, but it is a long way for me to drive to the North Main location and the one on South Delaware has messed up my orders too many times. Even when it is really busy, I have not had a problem here no matter who was working. On this most recent visit on a Wednesday night, the drive through was busy and the people both in front of us and behind us were really indecisive about what to get. The cashier- Catherine- was cheerful and pleasant both with us and with them and our orders were filled promptly and correctly. The drink counter and the dining room were both clean. The only real problem with this location is trying to make a left turn onto Mount Vernon avenue without a traffic signal to get home.
