Each time we go to Flaco, we are never disappointed. Service is fantastic, food is delicious and they have daily drink specials - very reasonable.

Went with wife and sister-in-law. Awesome food and great service. Drinks came right away and the food was hot when it got to us. We had a Chimichanga, a La Zarape and a 2 teriyaki pork chop entree. Everything was great and done perfectly. The pork chops are huge, at least an inch or more in thickness.. With the salad and rice, my wife was able to only eat 1/2 of one and I made a nice meal of the left overs for us the next night. We will definitely be back the next time we go flea marketing down that way. Just noticed that one of the questions is about Southwestern food. This is a steak house and a southwestern grill. The menu has items for both. 7+ items for vegetarians.

Upstairs and the third floor are for quit higher quality dining. Think steaks. Downstairs is for relaxed bar setting with quick Mexican appetisers and a great bar that is always full. Fun times. For a large crowd start in the bar and them move upstairs for dinner and then come back to the bar for the rest of the evening

Ex Moe's employee here, I feel obligated to say that this place is lacking in the true "Moe's" spirit. Corny as it may sound, this place is inauthentic in light of what it should be, both in terms of atmosphere and what the food is supposed to taste like. I didn't hear a single "Welcome to Moe's!" while eating here. This moe's doesn't look like a fun place to work. I live nearby and was excited to be able to eat here every Monday. I gave it a chance and was disappointed. I believe in second chances though, and re-visited a couple weeks later, only to be disappointed yet again. It's not terrible...it's just not good Moe's. On both lackluster occasions, I would have to chalk up my disappointment in my dining experience to negligence. The whole point of eating at a franchise should be that the food is identical at every location. NOT HERE, this is inconsistent with what I have eaten at many other Moe's locations. As an ex employee, I can attest that there is a set of procedures that should be followed within reason with regards to cooking times, temperatures, seasoning portions, etc. I feel as though the Moe's guidelines are not being adhered to and it shows in the food. If this location didn't offer the proximity to the college campus (where kids become accustomed to your standard dining hall fare) it would be in hot water pretty quick, but that's just my two cents.
