Carlito's has been around for many years but it was just not one of the places on my Mexican food rotation. I tried it again on Friday night and it will be a regular stop once again. The service was very good and their hot sauce is good as well.I had the chicken mole and a cheese enchilada on the side. I was very pleased. The margarita was one of the best I've ever had!

Ate here with my family and loved it! I had to enchilada and taco combo which was great, portions were good size and the service was very good. The chips/hot sauce was also very good, I will definitely return!

Came here on a weekend evening. Service was okay. I got a chicken quesedilla (no rice or extras), a drink, and queso to go with the chips they serve. That was almost $20, which is ridiculous!!!! I do have to admit that the food "was" really good, but the cost was not on par at all with any other mexican restaraunt I have ever visited at all.

The daily lunch specials canât be beat. My new once a week destination. They have duplicated the famous â Ninfaâsâ green sauce and this is reason enough to dine here. White queso is one of my favorites here also. The waitresses here are some of the best. Give this establishment a try

Very popular location. Chain of restaurants in East Texas. Salsa is really good. Service needs improvement and food is good. Wide menu selection. This location was packed by 5:30 on a Saturday. Reasonable prices. Not authentic but better than Taco Bell. Good portions and again good food.

This unassuming and little spot is AMAZING! Stopped in for late breakfast for the first time and was NOT disappointed. There were four of us in our party. Three of us ordered the giant breakfast burritos and the other person ordered the breakfast tacos. The food is made fresh and was so, so good!I'm so sad I don't live in Longview, as this would be a go-to place for me!

Complimentary chips, Taco Plate #7, Flan custard dessert, and green-tinted glass-bottled Coke (imported from Mexico using REAL cane sugar, not that corn syrup crap used in US-produced Coca-Cola in those cheapo aluminium cans and plastic bottles) were all delicious. Table service by Rosa was friendly and competent.

I routinely enjoy the breakfast tacos, regular tacos, and quesdillas at Mi Casita. The service is good, but cooked to order, so it can be a couple of minutes. Breakfast selections include the breakfast tacos, french toast, a breakfast burritos among others.

Local Mexican restaurant chain with outstanding food and atmosphere since 1988.
Oh my goodness! The most wonderful tasting Mexican food, and amazing servers! We have been twice now and was awed both times with the food and the wait staff. EXCELLENT chips and salsa (and the best part is individual bowls of salsa for everyone, so we don't run out). EXCELLENT white queso. Good selection of sauces to go over enchiladas, etc. Each time we had very good servers. Failed to remember the name of the gentleman who served us the first time, but the second time our server was "Aleesha" who was just as good as our first server, both attentive and genuinely seem to want to make sure everything for us is good. Incredible food, friendly and attentive servers - what more could you ask for! So far, our favorite place in Longview to eat Mexican food!

This restaurant was full of well trained employees, looking to make sure you have a great dining experience. Nice menu selections, chips and dips up front are yummy, along with very fresh tortillas. Full bar selection. Happy I had dinner here!
