Let me preface this by saying that imo there is no good Mexican food in Washington State. Nobody knows why and generally if you have the time you can always make better Mexican food at home. The sit down places are all pretty bad bland and expensive while the taco shops are not cheap either and offer food without much flavor. We went to El Sabor a couple nights ago. My nephew had the burrito plate $8.49 and I had the Ranchero enchiladas $7.99. His was better but not much taste. The rice and beans looked old and small servings. I have never had anything like my 'enchiladas' which were 3 corn tortillas soaked in a sauce with a little white Mexican cheese and chopped onions inside and slices of the dryest old chicken I've ever seen layered on top. A small amount of Mexican salad to the side. I could not eat the meat and the tortillas were bad. All in all a terrible meal for 2 for $18. Very slow service and a clerk who looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. This place makes Taco Bell look great. Avoid.

My family and I ate here for lunch, the waitress was kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. We all enjoyed our meals. Usually at least one of us leaves a restaurant disappointed but not here. We had Enchiladas, Tacos Rancheros, and Tamales. They were all very good. We will return.

Our first time to visit a Chipotle and we were happy with the food. But we loved the margaritas! $4.99 for a small and it was good. The night before we went elsewhere for margarita Monday, got less drink and it wasn't as good as Chipotles's.

We had a coupon from the Entertainment book for a free entree upto $11.00 with the purchase of a second entree. Before we started ordering we asked if they would honor the coupon. Without hesistation the Server said yes. Upon ordering our food I requested extra spicy. Food was at our table within 10 minutes and they had made it just the way I had wanted. This was our first time and we enjoyed the food and the service.
Where to eat Thai food in Kent: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Very tasty, my favorite is the torts which is sandwich with meat, gucamole and more. There has been a change of owners, portions are a bit smaller. They barely give chips, before used to be a brown bag to go full of chips, now it is just 4 to 5 chips at the bottom of the bag. No salsa.

We had wonderful food and they even have some lowfat dishes (my favorite). My husband loves their carne asada and has never found any that is this good anywhere else! The family that runs it is terrific and they really care about making sure you are happy with your meal. We have been eating here for years and have celebrated birthdays and other milestones at this delectable restaurant. Can't wait to go again!

First time visit at Baja, so I was not familiar with their food or process (plus got a cashier on her first day). We don't have Baja's in my area, so not too familiar with the food either. Wasn't quite certain what was ordering, and the server wasn't quite sure what she was entering into system. I ended up with a chicken burritto. It was okay. Very heavy. It was 7:00 at night (+3 hour time change), so I did not want that heavy sitting in stomach during night, so only ate few bites. It would be a great place if you know that type of food, and understand what you are ordering.

Great stop. One of the smaller Taqueria Rinconsitos I've been too, but I liked it. About 11 tables. Staff is very friendly. Drive thru available. Aguas frescas in a go-to cup. Downside is no bathroom and parking lot is a bit on the smaller side. I did appreciate the fast service, good tacos, and good salsas.

Our family of 4 met up with my aunt & cousin while we were in town. We all enjoyed our meals and the staff was very accommodating while we waited for various family members to arrive. I did feel it was a little overpriced but it was worth it for the great visit we had!

So, this restaurant, which has a sister establishment in Ballard, used to be in another location in Kent. After hearing such good things about the one in Ballard, my wife and I traveled to the previous Kent location and...had an experience. The previous location was, essentially, a large fancy shed. A large, fancy DRAFTY shed. And we were there on a typical cold, wet, windy Seattle winter day.And...the food was so good we SWORE we would return in the summer (while promising to never dine there under those conditions again). It left that kind of impression.Times goes by...at least a couple years, then the wife learns they have moved. We had a planned dinner with friends coming up, so I suggested we try the new location.First, you need to know they do not take reservations. It is ok; lots of places don't take reservations. What they will do is text you when your table is ready. While many people just wait in their cars (because...and this is a bit of a problem...there is precious little room for waiting inside the restaurant), we opted to go back home since we live relatively close. The restaurant texted, we responded (it is an automated system) and arrived about 5 minutes later, no problem. The decor is nice, a bit upscale even. There are some "misses", like uncomfortable chairs, but my wife and I agree that we both like the general "vibe".And the food...the food is fantastic! Now, let's be clear - this is NOT a substitute for a 5 star steakhouse. It just isn't.On the other hand, I will say this; I have been to fancy steakhouses where the steak was NOT as good. The beef here is FLAVORFUL. That is one of the hallmarks of GOOD food...food that has TASTE. If you are a fan of beef, you know that "steak" is supposed to have a certain taste...and sometimes, even when you pay a good amount, that taste...that FLAVOR...is absent. NOT. HERE.Everything I have had here (we've been twice now since they moved to the new location) has been delicious, and we really do consider it a new regular staple. Service is decent too...appropriate for the price point. Yes, English might not be the first language for some of the staff, as others have complained. It's a genuine Mexican restaurant, not Taco Bell. Get over yourself already. This one will be on "repeat" and in "heavy rotation" for awhile....
