This restaurant has the best Quick breakfast. Two eggs, 2 patty sausage or bacon & 2 pieces of wheat toast. I like to make into a sandwich. But the best of the best is their home made green sauce. It is soooo fresh & good.. Perfect breakfast !!!!

We have been at this restaurant three times in the last month the food was always outstanding but what stands out best about this place is their service is excellent! prices were very very good they always have a daily specials, bright and cheery people and very clean and nice atmosphere I noticed when I was passed there on Sunday as the last Sunday before it was completely packed you couldn't hardly get another car in the parking lot that tells a big story would highly recommend this great family atmosphere

My first visit was this morning for breakfast. I ordered Huveos con Chorizo and what they brought was enough for two. Try as I might, I could not eat it all and I hate leaving anything. Service was causal but good. This seems to a very popular spot with locals. I do not get this way often, but the next time around I will return. More than reasonable prices.

I have never previously had breakfast at a Mexican joint. I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't all tacos and enchiladas. I had pancakes, and eggs with bacon. It was all good. Excellent quality pancakes. The coffee was not good, have some other beverage. I am not a coffee snob, it typically all taste the same to me but this taste was not optimal.

I recently visited the Jalisco in Jourdanton and was very pleased. It seems a lot of restaurants in the area have raised their prices due to the oil boom. Jalisco has not. I went in and ordered two beef fajita tacos with guacamole and cheese and a large tea. My total was $7 compared to $12 plus for the same at other locations in the area.Everything was great, especially for the price. A flashy building does not mean good food.

Here for the Strawberry festival in Poteet and wanted to eat some non-fair food for one meal. It was super busy but not a bad wait at all. Unfortunately, one of the guests started yelling at a waitress about being set. They came in after me and we're not there more than a couple of minutes. The waitress was super professional and polite about it. She was also my waitress and was fantastic!! First the negatives. You only get 1 refill of ice tea or they charge you and after the first basket of chips you get charged for those as well. The salsa is warm and not real spicy, the qeuso was good and had jalapeños in them. I had a plate with enchiladas and tacos and added a shrimp qeusidilla. Food was good and tasty. Erica did a fantastic job waitress in even though she had tons of tables just herself. I would eat here again and ask for Erica next time I come back.

I called in our order and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. The menudo was very good and the taco's must have been the same as the kids did not say a word from the back seat.

Great variety on menu. I always get Mexican food but others love the hamburgers. Their soft tacos are the best in town. Service is great too. This is a regular choice after church. Although they are busy, they accommodate us whether we are a group of 4 or 10.
