Nothing outstanding about the chips & salsa. The queso was so so. The food...interesting. I had the house special which included an item that was scrambled eggs and french fries wrapped in a tortilla with a little cheese. Nothing was very flavorful. But...it's cheap! Most items are $8.
we had the tacos El pastor and the spinach quasadilla with beans rice and sopapilla. everything was good. they have a warm salsa to go with the chips which was differentwe will eat here again
Although the food was decent, some serious cleaning needs to happen at this location. Most of the tables, including booths and seats, needed wiped down, the floor was sticky in most places, and the bathrooms needed attention. Also, even though their prices have increased substantially over the last couple years, the food and service have not improved.
We have never dined here before and decided to try it out. We ordered Super Burritos which were on sale 2 for 5$ and 4 crunchy tacos. The staff was very friendly and the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean. The crunchy tacos were the best fast food tacos we have tried. The shells were crispy and warm, the ground beef was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the shredded lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese were fresh. The super burritos were delicious as well and were a mixture of ground beef, refried beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and black olives. My only complaint on the super burrito was that they were a little too generous on the black olives but it was still delicious. Hands down this is our new favorite fast food Tex-Mex restaurant. Will take pictures on our next visit.
We ate here Sunday afternoon as a family. The service was excellent, the waitress attentive to our needs and kept our salsa and chips re-supplied at all times. I had the beef enchiladas, which were smothered in some of the best chili gravy that I have had in a long time. The enchiladas were overstuffed with spicy ground beef. The refried beans were very good with a great texture. I especially enjoyed the red salsa and green sauce which appeared to be made on site. The tea tasted like it is supposed to taste instead of the colored water that one gets most of the time when eating out. Everyone was pleased with their meal, and we will be back.

We recently ate here with family and the food was extremely good. Everyone in the party liked the food. I have only had Chili Relleno a couple times at various restaurants and it was so so. I ordered here and it came with two stuffed rellenos, along with the side fix'uns. I have to say it was the best I've ever had bar none. Next time I'm in Henderson rest assured I will be having chili Relleno at Francisco's.

We did not know what we wanted so we chose Mexican food. When you can't find a parking spot, you highly suspect that they might be doing something right. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get a seat. We chose the combo fajitas with steak, shrimp and chicken. The butter sauce that you pour onto the fajitas was a little spicy. We were very pleased with our meal. Did not the name of our waitress, but she was great. Have not had a waitress of her Calibur in a long time. The entire time that we at the restaurant, people continued to come in. I do recommend this jalapeno tree restaurant. Thanks for great meal and great service.Thank you for leaving us the four star rating and awesome review! We're thrilled we could provide you with great service and a delicious meal. We can't wait to have you back again so we can strive for that awesome full rating. Have a great week!
