I'm originally from the south and finding really good Mexican is a bit hard in Nebraska. But there are some clues to follow to know if it's good or not.First, you know it's good Mexican when it's served out of a taco truck. Second, when you see out an of county license plate parked next to it. (Nebraska has a numbering system for different counties).Third, there is a line when it's the middle of the afternoon. Finally, you see Latinos getting the food. That's how you know. The tacos are really tasty and price wise it's inexpensive ($2 each). I had three tacos and that was filling. The meats were delicious, I had asada, barbacoa, and pork. They also have burritos and tortas. You cannot miss this place, it's in front of Custom Pack. It's probably the best tacos in the area.

At Taco John's®, we serve traditional Mexican food-with a twist. By fusing bold American flavors with south-of-the-border spice, we've defined our signature menu. From our trademark Potato Olés® and freshly prepared tacos to our infamous breakfast burrito
We love Taco Johns, when we visit the Midwest. The TACO's are what we would consider American Taco's (hamburger), not that they are bad but they are not what we are accustomed too coming from California. But the tater tots are bomb, this place definitely rates better than Taco Bell, when it comes to Taco's / Burritos ect., however the tater tots definitely are to die for.

Very good lunch. The chips and salsa were tasty and the service was quick. I had a burrito, enchilada and Chile relleno combination which was delicious but more than I could eat at once. I will definitely be back. I'm a vegetarian and they very happily accommodated me.

Nicely decorated but music plays too loud. Food was fine and they could accommodate a group of 10. High chairs not operable so had to hold the baby. Men's bathroom had no changing station so had to go outside. Food was good and so was service.

Seated quickly. Excellent salsa. I had the chicken soup, which was one of the best. Nice menu variety. Friendly staff.
