Good food, reasonable prices, fantastic drinks, live music on certain nights, and friendly staff. Only concern was to order by number to ensure clear communication. We have eaten here at least 4 times and tried both combination plates and specials, Everything was always fantastic with options for either beef or chicken dishes.
Mexican restaurant in Youngstown with lots of options and a variety of items! Great drink menu too. Service is superior and would return.
The restaurant is in an older section of town but has a big parking lot with a nice outdoor patio. The interior was painted brightly and had a nice atmosphere. The food was above average with full bar service. Our margaritas were average. The service was fast and our waitress was friendly and answered a number of questions we had.

This Taco Bell seems to have its act together. Service is good at the drive thru and orders always seem to be accurate. Quick in, quick out.
Poor service. Ordered a drink 10 min. B4 happy hour ended at 6:00 but they insisted on charging us full price. Asked 3 different servers to bring the tortillas that came with our meal before they brought them. Chicken and beef overcooked like shoe leather. Fewer smoke breaks might help the poor service. Too many good Mexican restaurants in the area...this one won't last unless something changes drastically.
Well, I remember eating at thier downtown location years ago (10+) and really enjoying their food - either this location has different owners, or my taste buds were much different back then. The food lacked flavor overall, the rice and beans were barely warm and it just seemed like "canned" food. The service was fine... we were told to seat ourselves even though the sign said what to be seated. At 5:15 on a weekday we were the only "paying" customers there - another table appeared to have a group of men "owners" sitting there and talking. Eventually, another table came in (by 6:00)... so pretty slow. Can't say we'd go back. This used to be the old Cancun restaurnant, which we loved thier food - however, they were shut down numerous times by the health department.... (yikes!)... Too many other Mexican restaurants to select to go back here. Convenient location is the only positive thing I can say about this place.

My husband and I had dinner at Senior Jalapeno's, while we were staying at the adjacent hotel. The restaurant is in a non-descript building-nothing fancy. There is an inside entrance, off the hotel lobby. The menu is extensive, with beef, pork, and seafood offerings. There is a large u-shaped bar, and we counted at least 12 TVs around the open dining areas. The sound wasn't obtrusive though and I would have been one to notice. There is a Happy Hour. My husband had some type of shrimp with cheese sauce and I had a carnitas dish. Beans and rice also. Both meals were excellent! We washed them down with beer. You could tell someone knew the right combination of spices and ingredients needed to prepare the dishes. They were really "homemade" to this restaurant. The staff was friendly, and service was good. There was a mix of locals and people passing through, and families with young children and guys meeting after getting off work. We would definitely go there again, if in the area. I think they must serve breakfast-there were breakfast burritos on the menu too.
