Things to do in Geneva
Great place! Got there around at 5:30 so had 1/2 hour to enjoy happy hour. Had the margaritas and guacamole which both, were delicious. The others in our party got chips/salsa but we werenât allowed to try any. :) :) :) Everyone in our party of four got 3 tacos each, ranging from the Pastor, Calabacitas, Asada, Pescado and Camaron. Excellent flavor and generous portions. We all split a order of Elote (just awesome), Frijoles and Cebollitas, wow! This is SO MUCH BETTER than Bien Trucha!!!! You're not rushed out when finished eating, not packed in like cattle and don't need to take out a loan to eat here. Looking forward to our return to Del Barrio!
Typical fast food restaurant serving freshly made Mexican delights. Food is very good. We love the gaucamole and huge burritos. I especially like the fact that there is so mush available for the diet conscious.

This was a fun experience. I had a chicken torta and my husband had tacos. Both were delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. The inside is rather small, but a lot of people take out. They give you chips and salsa which were very good, along with several different types of hot sauces.

We ate here on Labor Day weekend, and the place was not too busy. We enjoyed eating out on the rooftop. It is a little tricky finding the way in. The food is pretty authentic and served on very nice china. Their chips and salsa are a little below par considering you have to pay for them. The salsa is a little too watery for my liking. The margaritas were pretty good, but over all we will try other places before we go back.

Good location to meet up during the busy holiday season. Plenty of seating.Chip/salsa complimentary. Order guacamole too.Portions tend to be large, so you may plan to split servings.

Husband and I celebrated 54 years with a lovely lunch on El Molcajete's balcony. Nice chunky guacamole with fresh out of the fryer tortilla chips , followed by delicious fish tacos with chipotle pepper slaw. We try and appreciate a lot of Mexican food restaurants, and El Molcajete ranks right up there. Service and servers friendly and efficient.

A restaurant chain with locations throughout Northern Illinois, offering a tapas-style inspired latin fusion cuisine of classic dishes with infused new flavors from Spain, Mexico, and South America.
This place has the best food, great owners and staff. Our friends and I are all regulars here and just enjoy the food and the margarita's are amazing. They are hand muddled fresh strawberries and not the heavy sugary kind they use Aguave and many other ingredients that make the perfect cocktail. You will not be disappointed with any of your choices here.

Stopped by for dinner with colleagues and was impressed. The patio is modern and comfortable; very chill ambiance. The selection of tacos was as eclectic as it was delicious and the cucumber margarita with habanero infused tequila was so good on a hot summer evening. Definitely recommend literally everything on the menu.
