Ate today with my wife in mid-afternoon. Did not appear to be anyone from the management team preset and it showed. Staff not attentive to order and asked what I was ordering three times, seemed pre-occupied. Once ordered was on the grill( John Coctastan) could not get the next person to listen to what sides we wanted and actually was served wrong side but we took and went on. Cashier wasn't any better and actually handed me the receipt and walked off before I could sign and give it back to her. Ver minimal number of customers. Three other employees were congregated around the tortilla warmer talking.Food was okay but rather than bring more chips out servings were being rationed with customers going back for more.I have been to this location many times and was very disappointed as I have seen a downward trend in the quality of service for the past few months.I visit Moe's around North Carolina and do not see the change I see here. I will explore other options in this area as more resturants are locating nearby.

Centro was born from the hearts of Angela Salamanca and her uncle, Carlos, who shared a love for art, and fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine. We pride ourselves on using as many fresh, organic and local ingredients as possible to provide you with healthy, f
5 of us ate here for lunch and I highly recommend it. Its not a large restaurant but they will try and place tables close together for parties larger than 6. The decor was funky and great-the tequila margarita strong and tasty but not overpowering. Chips, salsa and guac arrived in an overflowing basket (small charge for refill) and the lunch options simply delicious. Refried beans were just ok. Bathroom was clean too which is much appreciated. The waitress was very attentive and even though they were fairly busy, we didnt wait long for our meals. Lunch was served until 2:30 pm.

The furniture in the restaurant is nice - not cheap cafeteria fare. The wait staff is attentive and the food is good. Didn't experience any issues, and look forward to my next visit.

We serve comfort food that celebrates our forefathersâs Mexican roots and the culinary traditions of the local neighborhood. "On the plate, âMexican-Southernâ translates to dishes such as chicharrones and waffles, and shrimp and masa âgritsâ with Chihu
Long travel day and we were tired. Sat at the bar, enjoyed a great serrano chili and strawberry cocktail called "Lost in Translation" while the hubby consumed one IPA after another. I cannot comment on the food, but every plate we saw coming out looked fantastic and the serving sizes were huge. Chips and salsa were delicious though as we did have those. Unfortunately, fortunately they have no blender and I'm a fan of a nice cold frozen margarita, but no such animal here. All their mixes are made in house though, and definitely high quality that you can taste! Bartenders are goofy and friendly and instantly make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The parking can be tough, but it's free if you dine or even have a drink at the bar. Have them validate your ticket and then hand to the parking lot attendants on the way out...easy peasy!

We were travelling through the area and stopped here for lunch -- thank goodness we beat the lunch crowd. The food was fine, but nothing extraordinary. I had tortilla soup and was quite pleased, while others had combinations and taco salad. I place a fair amount of weight on the salsa -- is it fresh, are there good bits of onion and tomato, is there some heat, but not too much. Service was also good, but not extraordinary. I would go here again.

Authentic Mexican Food!Great location to experience Mexican food and a glimpse into Mexican culture. The Resturant is structured like a typical fast food restaurant, order food, pick up food when they call your number, select condiments (salas verde, pico de gallo, fresh onions & cilantro, and baked jalapeños) and sit.Make sure you walk through the Mexican Super Market next door to shop for any specialized items you may want.Overall, great food!
