We stopped by Casa Fiesta for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was really busy when we arrived. However, we were promptly seated and a waiter quickly appeared. Our service was fast and efficient. The chips, salsa, and cheese dip were great! I ordered the Speedy Gonzales which is a taco, enchilada, and beans. My son had an enchilada, rice, and beans. My husband ordered the fajita taco salad. Our food was really good and we all enjoyed our meals. Thus, I recommend Casa Fiesta if you are looking for good Mexican food in Fultondale.

This is not my first visit to Chili's locations.and I always like to try locations that are new to Me. I found that this one had all the friendly atmosphere, good food, and service, and moderate pricing that all the other ones had. When I sat at the bar, Cherish, my server, informed me that my favorite Bud Light draft, was "Happy Hour" special at $2.49, along with half price apps. The last time I had the apps special, I ordered the combo plate, which consisted of three apps, and a large plate of nacho chips, and salsa. I gave up after about three quarters finished/ This time, I thought that I would be clever, and just order two apps.WRONG! The two apps almost filled both plates. In spite of the fact, that they were so delicious, I could not finish the plates. If I ever come across the apps special again, I will order one at a time. Where do I begin...The food, the service, the people...First when you walk in, Summer greets you with a smile and will accommodate you like you are a guest in her home. We have been eating here for YEARS. Then it's just like hanging out with good friends and great food. MAYRA-sweet and smiling all the time.. Hugs all around. SHE ROCKS !!! Mario-what can I say about this dude, but he has been there since it opened and has watched our son grow up from in a pumpkin seat to a senior in high school--he's funny, dedicated and the hardest working server I have ever come across. And if you haven't seen him balance dinner for 4 on his arm, YOU BETTER GO TO JALISCO TONIGHT !! Louis--always laughing, so pleasant and a joy. I consider each and every one a friend. I have prob had just about everything on the menu at one point or another over the years and it's all EXCELLENT.. Cheese dip is the best anywhere and I have had margaritas all over this country and THEY HAVE THE BEST .. You will not find a better Margarita ANYWHERE !! If you miss Jalisco, you will MISS OUT.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....

This place has gotten ridiculous. Every single time we have gone here over the past several months they are out of at least one thing (sometimes more) we try to order. Chalupas? Nope, they're out of flatbread. Chicken taco? Nope, out of chicken. A couple of weeks ago they were out of all Mountain Dew products and Dr. Pepper. It's become a joke in our family where we try to guess what they're out of ahead of time. The first 6-8 months this location was open it was awesome. The employees were friendly, the service was prompt, orders were filled correctly. We've pretty much decided to quit going there now because they're either out of something or the service is horrible or both. It's such a shame because they started out so well and it now seems they've gone 180 degrees in the other direction.Seriously, just save yourself the hassle and drive a couple miles up the road to the Fieldstown Road Taco Bell.
