We ate lunch here yesterday and the wait staff and the food seem to have improved. The manager is the same one (we saw him) and our waiter was great. All smiles, very upbeat and deserving of a 25% tip...we had the usual chicken fajitas and although they weren't as tasty to me as the other (separate review) Mexican restaurant that we visited the day before, they were still pretty good, and the service couldn't be any better.

Casa Rico serves Mexican traditional favorites & modern specialties. Join us for our gourmet tacos & wide range of tequilas.
Eight of us for dinner enjoyed margaritas and various dishes. The Quesadillas and Burritos got the most raves. Chips were thin and light and the chile con queso was too, but both were quite tasty! Service was slow and prices a little high, but worth it!HeWhoAbides, thank you for leaving us this great review! We are so glad that you and your group enjoyed your experience with us! We hope to see you again and to earn that last star! Best, Renu P. (Chef / Owner)

We are BIG fans and very loyal customers of Santa Rosa for several years. Their Fajitas are awesome! We also regularly enjoy the plantains with cream and refried beans. We decided to pick up dinner instead of eating out so we explored the menu a bit more than usual. We ordered the soft steak tacos which were burnt and hardly palatable. The plantains we ordered with cream and refried beans as always, were missing the cream. The burrito we shared was average. We were disappointed this time. I hope this isn't the new normal!?

Went to the restaurant to celebrate a nephew's birthday. Didn't ask for anything special... Just wanted a nice dinner and then to open presents. We were seated after waiting a short while. We received our water, chips and salsa. Then we waited for our order to be taken. We waited 20 minutes. A family that came in with us had their order taken and served in that time. We could not get the way staff's attention. After an additional 5minutes we got up and left. I do not recommend this place at all.

Fajita Grande is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Frederick. The food is well cooked and flavored, and reasonably priced.I usually have the chile relleno. It is perfect. Lots of cheese and flavor! My wife usually has fajitas. They are well cooked and the meat is perfectly flavored and not overdone. My last visit to the restaurant was with 7 co-workers. I had the chicken fajita salad. It was very well cooked -- chicken was hot and salad was cold. I was given extra salsa to serve as a dressing. Delicious! Total cost for 8 people -- $64. Great lunch and great price!

A group of four of us and there were seven margaritas on the bill...but the food was outstanding...we began with Ceviche Pescado, large servings and as tasty as it should always be...Mussels Al Gergribe, Masitas de Puerto, Tamales Pollo, oh, and did I mention margaritas? Chips and house salsa!

Cacique is your average mexican restaurant. We happened to go during not prime hours (mid afternoon) so it wasn't super busy. That was nice. Our waiter seemed distracted and a bit nonchalant. He was friendly but he also didn't seem to care about service, but he might have been new. It took quite awhile to get him to come around when we needed him.The food was decent. I had the taco bowl salad, which reminded me of the taco salad I would eat in a school cafeteria. So not hard to make, hard to mess up and there wasn't really anything special about it. The chips were good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. All in all I would probably go to the restaurant again after trying more local mexican restaurants, but try something different on the menu. It really seemed like an "average" mexican restaurant that didn't have any major draws to it. Safe travels!

Cafe Bueno is located at the intersection of East and 5th Streets. We are located in the same center as 7-11, about 3 blocks north of Shab Row. There is plenty of free parking in our large front lot.Cafe Bueno serves authentic Mexican food, and yes, we ar
Ordered to go Huevos Rancheros. I have been here multiple times in the past because it is just plain awesome. The authenticity and simplicity of the food is reminiscent of my previous visit to Mexico. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. It will be fantastic whatever it is. The staff is warm and friendly & you canât beat the prices! Huevos Rancheros was only about $8. For the portion, I was very satisfied. I will keep on returning here and I will continue to recommend it highly. One note: everyone and their dog know that this place is great now so expect it to be super busy. I try to go right when they open around 11 am or so or call ahead and get pick-up/to go. Super big thumbs up for this joint!
