This is a great Taco Bell. It's close by and open late! The service is top notch and the quality of food is excellent. It's close to 35E and not difficult to get to.
There were four of us- one got the Barbacoa (shredded beef) burrito, one the steak burrito, one the chicken burrito, and one the chicken bowl. We all thought our food was good, but not above average as some of the Chipotles are. We ordered two orders of the chips and queso. Some of us liked it, others did not. The line to order was slow. The soda machine had signs that they were Out if 2 of the 5 flavors- Diet Coke included which was irritating. The bathrooms are situated weird- men on one side of the restaurant, and women on the other, with no signage. Not my favorite, and not really sure if weâll be back.

we bought a Groupon to try our old restaurant and it's been updated and the food was best ever! We are going back this month!
We stopped here before a family gathering and after running a bunch of errands. We got House Margaritas at a Happy Hour price of $4 ea. What a steal! They were really good and large. We also ordered a Bravo Nacho ($10.99). Very good and fast service. We sat in a booth and were able to talk, which was nice. Our server checked on us just the right amount of times.Clean restaurant and clean bathroom. Will go back!

My burger was great! The Chimi was awesome and the kids frahitas were excellent. The chips were some of the best I've ever had. The queso was THE BEST I have ever had. The flavors in everything were great. Our server was prompt quick and pleasant. The environment felt like it could use a pick me up. In the Ladies bathroom the stool seat was kitty wompus and needed replacement and had stains on it. Really? The Toilet paper was thin and placed down low on the wall so you had to bend over to find it and fight so it did not land on the floor. The kids meals were mostly 7.99 which seemed a bit high. Most of the adult means were at an average of $16.99 which also seemed a bit high. To be fair they did have a few selections that were $12.99, but none of them were anything I wanted to eat.

This was my first visit to Teresa's. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in greeting customers and they weren't busy. Once seated, I immediately received chips and salsa by an attentive young man. He was very personable, but I failed to get his name. The margarita was plentiful, but not extraordinary. I asked the server for her recommendation on two different meal choices and she knocked it out of the park! The Pollo San Jose was fantastic; I highly recommend it! I'll visit Teresa's again, but may try a different location.

This is a modern, authentic Mxican tucked inside the Mall of America. The salsas were outstanding, fresh and bursting with flavors and heat. The guacamole was made tableside and could be customized. The enchiladas were just outstanding with poblano sauce. Make sure you order from the separate menu for normal people so you cna be sure there are no dead / killed animals lurking in your dish. The margaritas were good.

This restaurant is small compared to the one in lakeville. The atmosphere is very inviting with Mexican music and decoration with Mexican hats, Mexican portraits. We felt like we were in Mexican vacation. The server is very courteous and fast. We foods came out fast and surprising big portions. It is so delicious and fresh. We are very happy with our entire experience.

We ate at the El Loro in Savage several years ago and it was good. Since then, they have expanded within the twin Cities. The Eagan location is in a strip mall. The management and service was excellent. (Aside from the server who brought the chips & silverware. She literally DROPPED the silverware and chips on our table without a smile or hello. It was so odd, that we actually laughed out loud!) The chips were served with a white and regular tomato option. (Excellent) The food was great and priced well. Large menu!
