A family atmosphere coupled with family recipes make for a great experience. The huaraches were wonderful and they have a great mole. This is not a place for a quiet conversation, but if you want good food in an upbeat atmosphere this is the place for you.

Our group of 6 visited for Sunday lunch. Prompt service, clean, clean, clean, friendly attentive staff and some of the best Tex-Mex I have had in a long time. Shrimp tacos were tasty with just the right amount of heat for this gringa.

On the way back from Houston to Bryan, Texas, we stopped at Sergio's Mexican Grill in Cypress for lunch. We found the service to be friendly and attentive and the Tex-Mex food was delicious. I'd be inclined to return to this restaurant the next time I am in the area.

This was our first visit while we were in town visiting family. Our party of 8 was promptly seated with our server Jesus. We sat outside. Everyone around recommended the steak fajitas and they did not disappoint. The chips and queso were very good to start us off. The service was good considering we had a big group. I would return when we are back in town!

Decide to try their Sunday Happy Hour with $5.50 large Maragritas from 11 AM to 6 PM. Service was prompt, quick and courteous and special orders for special dietary issues were handled with no problem. There were smiles all around the table because the food was really, really good. I live 50 miles from this location but will make a point to stop here when I am in town. (BTW - we had a DD even though we only had 1 Margarita each)

So glad we came. About time Cypress! Authentic.WHITE CHEESE. Fresh. Amazing warm self serve salsa! Fresh avacado slices on tacos. Just the quesadilla is great. Small. Friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the "guacamole" it was watered down more like a salsa. Will be back!

Keep moving folks. Nothing to see here. Any attempt at something original falls flat here. The decor is refreshing, servers are attentive and food delivered quickly but the food is so subpar that it is hard to get excited about a return visit. The shrimp in the enchiladas were so overcooked and still had some shell attached at the tail that it was almost inedible. The rice was very good but not enough to save this mess. My michelada was served without ice and it was lukewarm at best.

Gringo's is my go-to Mexican restaurant and this location has always had excellent food. We went for a birthday celebration for my father-in-law and this is the restaurant he picked as one of his favorites as well.
