True! Excellent Mexican food to match any Mexican restaurant you have ever experienced but then have the choices be very nicely displayed on TWO buffet tables. And of course the proof of ANY place to eat is the TASTE and the La Nacional Mexican Buffet is tops! The waitress was very friendly and even served us a sample of a Mexican drink. The staff was always making sure the tables and floors were cleaned. And to top everything--the meal was VERY reasonable per plate.

To me this place is a hit or miss- itâs either really good or just ok. I try to have lunch there around 11 (thatâs when they open) and the food seems fresh hot and delivered fast- not so much at night time- expect to wait. Still itâs priced good and the staff is always pleasant.

I had lunch here with my niece last week. I was incredibly impressed! I knew i should have ordered extra to take home. Now that I'm back in Atlanta I am craving more guacamole and the best chicken tortilla soup i have ever had! If you find yourself in Columbus, GO. (And go hungry, portions are large) Service was fantastic, and they offer a military discount.

Amazing food. It is a hole in the wall, so don't expect great service, or even English language. But prices are great, portion are large, and taste is amazing. Shrimp soup is something!
