La Tolteca is a loud, funky, fun sort of place with wonderful wait staff. Everyone of the staff I had contact with was pleasant and accommodating. The food was a little disappointing. The salsa presented with the corn chips was good. I had an enchilada and a tamale with black beans. There was lots of chicken in both the enchilada and the tamale, butt the taste was quite bland...the black beans could have used a little garlic and some more spices as well. The Mexican draught beer was ok. I like the place....and would like to be able to give them a better rating.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Staff are great, teamwork at its finest! Brian the bartender prepared our margaritas and took our order for a Santafe chicken salad and loaded boneless wings. Presidente margaritas (with the extra served in a side shaker) were weak but very good. Food was the same, very good. What we found unique was while being served our food by one person, we were asked âif we needed anythingâ, a different bartender stepped in behind the bar later and asked the same thing, then Brian returned from waiting on a table and checked in with us again. Refreshing. 3 different employees working together! Lots of TVâs showing all different NFL games and small free trivia games are available. Great! Bathrooms and entry way were the only areas we were not impressed with. Dirty and needed attention. If bathrooms are dirty...whatâs the kitchen look like? We will return...
Echo Frezco is a new Mexican restaurant that just opened in Hunt Valley in the stores behind the Iron Rooster. Service was great. Our waiter, Alberto, was attentive and efficient and he made the best guacamole tableside from scratch that I have ever eaten. My wife had the flautas and I had the street tacos. They were both were delicious. I washed the food down with Mexican beer. The whole bill was only $34. All in all, an outstanding meal..
Find your nearby Taco Bell at 9928 York Rd in Cockeysville. We're serving all your favorite menu items, from classic burritos and tacos, to new favorites like the $5 Double Stacked Tacos Box, Crunchwrap Supreme, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme. So
Everyone knows what to expect at Taco Bell but the wait to get waited on was at least 8 minutes from the time we walked in the door. Two single people ahead of us. Then over 10 minutes for our food. Really? What if it was a busy weekday and I only had 30 minutes for lunch. Dear management, figure out what's taking so long and fix it! Taco Bell should be packed in this area. On the main road, close to the bus stop, lots of foot traffic.
