Located in a Plaza near rt 3. Plenty of parking. Great service from server. Food was not so great. I ordered a shredded chicken taco salad, the chicken was not fully shredded and had skin on it. I ordered chicken tenders with rice and beans from the kids menu and there was a piece that was not edible. My daughter ordered shredded beef and wasn't pleased. Overall food was very disappointing and it wasn't busy at all in the restaurant. I was the only table in the restaurant at that time so I expected it to be 100%.

I have never had a bad experience at this local Taco Bell. They are prompt, courteous and the food is great. I'm always disappointed when I stop into a different Taco Bell location and the quality and experience does not match the location in Billerica.

We went there for the first time today. The food and the service was the best I have ever had in any Casa Blanca. We have gone to the one in Andover and North Andover and they are no where near as good as this location.
