What it lacks in curb appeal it makes up in both taste and service. We were initially put off by the neighborhood (sorry if you're a local), but ultimately we were glad we went. I had the chicken mole enchiladas, my husband had an assortment of tacos, and together we had guacamole. The mole was very good, as was the guacamole and my husband seemed happy with his tacos. Service was cheerful and welcoming, inside is comfy, and prices are low.

From the salsa to the appetizer to the entrees, everything was bland and tasted prepackaged and reheated. The queso was grainy, and the only thing worth eating was the rice. I would be embarrassed to bring anyone I knew here.

Stopped here for a quick Mexican food fix. I must have a low carb diet so I was worried. However they serve tacos with a bibb lettuce wrap. And their tacos are only $2.00 each and thereâs several different flavors and meats. I had the steak and chicken tacos with lettuce wrap and they were extremely delicious! Pleasantly surprised. Fresh real food. Not chain crap. Highly recommended.

...but worth a drive from the Poconos? Not especially.Service was good and friendly. Yes, as others pointed out, you need to wait but thatâs because everything is made fresh. Will they run out of things, as others have pointed out? Yes, because itâs fresh, so when the stuff is gone, itâs gone. The prices are extremely low for the quality of the food. Lunch for two of us - a 3x3 taco, a burrito, water and iced tea - was $13. Itâs cash only but if you forget this little detail, thereâs a convenient store two doors down with an ATM.The food is good, but not worth a long drive. If youâre in Bethlehem and the line for Aqui Es isnât long, sure - stop in (and get seats in the back where itâs a little warmer). But why some folks make the drive from Philly is beyond me.
