Ok - these are not Cheesecake factory portion but up there. The Ceviche starter has to be shared by at least 3 people and the salad with steak could easily feed two. However get the whole snapper and steamed vegetable you will be pleased

I really enjoy the Chipotle Bowl at Mimi's! It extremely delicious, fresh and is a mixture of flavors bursting in your mouth. The salad has fresh lettuce, black beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, corn, chicken, Spanish yellow rice and sour cream. It is also complemented by a chipotle sauce which has some mild peppers flavors in it. I also enjoyed the tortilla soup and the other items on the Mexican menu.The ambiance is great with light modern music. Inside has AC and outside has fresh air. The service is good, food takes about 15 minutes to be served. I would strongly recommend going there.

A casual, Belizean atmosphere with fair prices for linch. Good food at a fair price, Try the specials if they are still available. Fresh fruit juices are very good and well price. My favourite is the 'lime juice', an intensely flavoured limeade - bring a bottle of water, it can be diluted two to one and still taste like the limeade you're used to!

We were a large group of 45 and they did a good job of getting all of us set up with our pre-ordered food including some special requests.The serving sizes were almost regular US sizes which was nice as the teens were starving. Again beans, rice, chicken but tasty. Youth group travels are a challenge to keep everyone fed; especially when the kids and or the adults are picky.Service was good too.
