We came here on a Thur night to celebrate my sonâs birthday. Not too crowded. He loved the Chipotle chicken waffle entree. Other family members liked the ribs and burgers. I was disappointed in the choice appetizers and that they didnât have GF buns like Fridays does. Be careful if you're gluten sensitive as they don't have GF bread and a lot of the appetizers have wheat in them. The service was good. Our waiter was friendly. No frills for my sonâs bday though.

Always enjoyed the soups at lunch time. Large bowl of chicken broth with zucchini, squash, green beans, small ear of corn all with a hint of chili.Entree included grilled piece of chicken, rice, and chopped cilantro/onion presumably for the soup. Chicken tamale was nice sized with great flavor. Spouse had 2 very fresh beef tacos. As always. Very reasonable prices.

Nice atmosphere, great service. I had the taco supreme and wow! Fantastic. Flavors were incredible. My son and hubby had the street tacos and they too were scrumptious on fresh homemade corn tortillas. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Stopped for lunch on the way through town. Décor nice, everything including the bathrooms very clean. Staff friendly. Service prompt. Food: Chips and salsa YUMMY--I could have sat there and filled up on that! I ordered the enchilada combo and my husband had the enchilada rancheros. Food temp was perfect, presentation good, ingredients fresh. Generous portions. My cheese enchilada especially tasty, but we both felt that the rest of the enchiladas could have used a little bit more "oomph". I will qualify that with saying that I feel several of our friends would have found them to be perfect.

My colleague and I went for casual lunch and decided on Mexican food at La Tolteca. Immediately upon sitting down, I regretted our selection. The decor was aged and desperately needed a thorough refresh. The food correspondingly lacked attention to quality and was equally tasteless. The overall attitude of the restaurant seemed to be, âEat if you want, but this mediocrity is all you are going to get. We do not really have pride in our product.â Suggest taking your business elsewhere.
