This place is a little gem in Banos. The atmosphere is very interesting. You have to take off your shoes (they provide clean socks) and sit on cushions on the floor, which are quite comfortable. The food and drinks were fantastic. We started with the cheese plate â highly recommend! It was a little too much for the 2 of us but probably perfect for 3 or 4. (Or just eat lots of cheese and then get a small plate or soup with it.)My girlfriend had avocado soup and I had the cheese brochette. Both are very good. The brochettes are skewers/shish kabobs with the listed ingredients. In retrospect I probably would have gone for the beef or fish options since they seemed a little more creative, but if you're vegetarian or just love cheese then the cheese brochette is a delicious option. We also had their freshly made juice drinks, which are great. The only downside - really more of a cultural difference - is that the service is very slow. However, it is nice to feel relaxed and not rushed. Just make sure to let the server know when you're ready for the check, otherwise they'll leave you to chill as long as you want!

Went here on a very quiet Thursday night. We were virtually the only customers in but despite that the service was incredibly slow. However when the food and drinks did arrive all was forgiven. At the end of the evening the owner even offered us a Conalazo and we stayed and chatted until close. Really nice evening.

Loved this place! I am German myself and was so happy when I found this place. Wonderful and fun people inside (especially the staff!!), good beer, yummy snacks and amazing vibes. Spent quite some time there and made some friends! They also have a location in Quito and during my travels I met people from Quito who picked this bar as their go-to

This one did not disappoint, reviews are spot on. The cook rolled the tortillas out from fresh dough and grilled em right there for each order. Order the gucamole and get 4-5 house made sauces all fresh and unique, from hot to sweet (BlackBerry \tequila) most unusual. Everything we tried was yummy, will go back for more.

Our restaurant makes the perfect burrito wrapped perfectly in a flour tortilla. A simple menu but full of flavor. Have exactly what you want from chicken to pork to fresh veggies with many options of fillings. We have a vegetarian and gluten free option.
