Fiery & creative takes on Croatian cuisine in a casual bistro. Lunch, dinner. Location: Masarykova 11, in the backyard.
Tucked into a residential alley, Bestija is hard to find but worth it. Charming little place with some beautiful plates coming out of the tiny kitchen. Join the hip young locals for seasonal fresh dishes like sausage stuffed pepper. My grilled Adriatic fish was seriously undercooked, as in raw, but when I asked the waiter he said it was intentional. Celery soup with pumpkin oil was tasty but should be served with some crunchy bread. Would be 5 stars with just a little more attention to taste as well as the presentation and attitude. Croatian wine and local craft beer pair well with the creative cooking and atmosphere.

Few useful tips: Because of the size of our place, we donât recommend it to families and groups of more than 3 people. We work on a first-come, first-served basis as our place is very small and with limited number of high chairs. We don't have a toilet! W
It's small bistro very close to the city centre. Serve local delicates.Tried local bread filled by spicy salami (kulen) and local cheese. Very simple but so tasty. Tried local wine, too. This is the place which you must visit. And you don't need to read menu just ask staff. They will guide you in very nice way.

We have choosen this place for lunch in west part of town, based on Trip advisor recommendations and were very satisfied. This is a very nice, urban and cosy smaller restaurant with great service and very nice food.Open kitchen, nice interior, dishes nicely served, prices moderate. Definitely recommending tuna steak, homemade pastas with a lot of varities (truffles, ham, seamon...).Ramsteak could be slightly better prepared, but also very satisfactory.

Nice and intimate restaurant ideal for couple dinners.
Excellent food and personal service - the owner comes to your table, explains the menu, very knowledgeable, fantastic local foods. Everything we tried (group of 13) was exceptional. One person had a steak, and they said it was definitely in the top 5 steaks he ever tried. Food arrived quickly, every item was fresh (we had some fish, and it was marvelous). Save some room for deserts, they are outstanding! I will be definitely returning.
Modern, stylish, creative and cozy restaurant... Explore our menu made of Local fresh ingredients, daily fresh meat or fish selection, divine cheese selection and everything in control of our chef and served by charming waiters ! Carefully selected wines
My wife and I made pleasant dinner at Santiny restaurant This place definitely offer value for money and my advice is to order as many portion as you can eat. Of course ask them to give you half of portion. Waiter will probably"hate" you but this food worth to be tasted. Wine list is very decent from the price point of view as well as diversity. Place to visit. Dear guest mr. Dragan, thank you for taking the time to review Santiny restaurant your comments are very much valued, we are verry pleased to hear that you and your wife enjoyed our food & wine variety, we look forward to seeing you again soon.Thank you for your positive comments!Best regards,Kresimir

The huge restaurant, located at the outskirts of the city, is a well-known address for decades. The equally large parking is located opposite the main building, which is very convenient. The popular restaurant is the perfect place for all kinds of business and family gathering, so the advance booking is an imperative if you want to eat here. The food is based on the grilled meat or fish, traditionally prepared, fresh and very tasteful. The service is amazingly efficient, considering the number of guests, friendly and professional. We had a family gathering for Sunday lunch, a party of ten people, and everything was excellent (as always) for a reasonable price. This is the safe bet for any occasion, just be sure to book early!
Trajbar Team was founded in 1996 near the city of Zagreb. It is located in a natural setting. Your pleasant stay will ensure caffe and restaurant staff with a wide range of local and international meals and first-class choice of drinks. Your four-legged p
Here we like the most that you can sit next to windows and, along with meal, you can watch people riding horses. The stuff was very polite and the food was average. Prices are not too high. There is never too much crowd because many people do not even know that there is a restaurant. There is also a cafe in the building, where you can sit outside and enjoy nature and watching horses.
