Heard good things about the food, from outside it does not look much but what a lovely little restaurant, feel more like you have gone to friends to eat. Very friendly man, a little hard to understand his accent but he has a great sense of humour. Out the back they have created a garden restaurant that looks lovely. There is a good choice on the menu and also good for veggies. The food comes out in bits which was great so it didn't go cold. The wine was great too. We had a choice of veggie, fish ad meat and it was all delicious. I was too stuffed for the puds but other half had the apple tart. We both had liqueur coffees and they too were good. Cant wait to go back

I hadnât been to Meze Meze in 10 years as last time I went the food was not that good but I thought as it was still going it must have improved. It hadnât. All the meat was either dried out or in the case of the ham/bacon slice in the Meze it was raw (what was it doing there?)We did call the waitress over but she just said that how Greek food is served. I love Greece and I really love Greek food. It should be fresh and appetising and this wasnât.We left all the meat and even though we complained they offered nothing off the bill.I'm sorry for your experience with Greek food, regards ham which you said was 'raw', its called lounza which is cooked and smoked ham already and before serving we grill it as well. With regards to your mains, all the meat is charcoal grilled which wasn't dried or burned and when the chef checked your food it wasn't overcooked.even lamb chops was still pink inside when you finish eating How could you say that we didn't take anything off the bill, we didn't charge you for the creme caramel and the rice pudding.thank you for coming !!!

I have eaten here over a dozen times for lunch and dinner. Good menu and reasonably priced. Would prefer wine glasses to drink from rather than tumblers. Attentive staff.Perhaps add a selection of ice creams to the sweets menu. Usually fast service at lunchtime due to people needing to go within an hour A little bit of holiday dining at home

Went here today, I havent been here for 10+ years, great to see it so busy at lunchtime. Great service and great food. The set menu is well worth it. One course for £9, 2 for £12 or 3 for £15.Had the 2 courses, Prawn Cocktail to start which was well presented and a fair portion, followed by the bangers and mash. Perfect portion size and very tasty. Will visit again.

We stopped by around 5.30 pm and took advantage of their early bird, two courses for £11.99 menu which is served on weekdays between 3pm & 6.30 pm.There's a decent selection of choices and we had the Garlic Bread with Cheese and Garlic Mushrooms to start. The former had three slices and plenty of cheese and the sauce with the mushrooms was good and creamy but not particularly full of garlic. We had a Chicken Schnitzel type main course which comes with spaghetti and a Penne Pasta dish with Pancetta, Tomato and Chilli Sauce. All was nicely cooked and very tasty although it was a little short on Pancetta in the Pasta dish.Portions aren't huge but it was plenty for us and good value, all served by friendly and welcoming staff.

I was told about this restaurant only on Monday. As i was in town I thought I would grab a bite to eatI wasnât disappointed, food was good and very reasonable from the main menu, which caters for everyone, they also do a âspecial menuâ too with a good selection and again reasonable Portions are of a good size and you can pay extra for larger if you want Water for the table was nice, infused with mint and cucumber. The dessert menu was disappointing though.

Lovely evening and great atmosphere. Catered for 12 friends. Portions were a bit small for me but realistically a healthy size - Iâm just a piggy around good food. Best tapas Iâve eaten ever. (Recommend the prawns and also lamb kebab)Wine list was a bit limiting for me purely as I donât know Spanish wines all that well - would have killed for a Malbec but settled for a Rioja.
