Second visit to this restaurant, both very satisfying. We had grandchild in tow, which is usually a distraction, but his children's meal kept him fully occupied and disappeared without urging. For the adults, a wide choice of very tasty dishes. Service friendly and efficient. A 'must return '.

An enjoyable evening, if a little strange. We'd booked to eat at La Dulce Vita well in advance of our trip to Warminster and had spent the weeks leading up to the meal checking the website for what we wanted to order. Upon arrival (ten mins before our table booking) we were told that our reservation had been given away but that they'd squeeze us in. When we looked at the menu it in no way resembled the online version and was streamlined to say the least, we were informed that there'd been a change of chef. The staff were lovely however and made us feel very welcome. The starters were average and my partner's steak wasn't the tastiest... but my main course - the Dulce Vita pasta special - was exceptional. The owner was extremely attentive and when she found out my fiance and I are getting married soon she was insistent that we have her limoncello ice cream to celebrate. It was delicious BUT when the bill came she'd charged us £6 for it... we didnt even want it which was bizarre. So a few ups and downs but overall a pleasant evening... highlight was the pasta main and the staff, lowlight was the starter and being made to pay for a dessert we didn't want!
