Initially we had not appreciated the restaurant location - but through the frosted glass doors at the back of the modern bar area was a very pleasant restaurant.Menu in Italian - novel approach by staff to assist with its translation was to hand us a phrase book - which once we realised the waitress spoke enough English we found quite amusing....We tangled our way through the options using the book - and had a great pot of mussels soaked in a tomato sauce followed by pasta...really well prepared and presented....great value at circa Euro 45.

Have been coming here for 3 years now for several days of business meetings. I cannot say enough about the Grava family that manages this establishment. In addition to cooking 3 delicious meals each day the meeting facilities, rooms and extra circular activities located here are outstanding. Weather you are coming for dinner with a loved one, a short stay in the hotel or for an extended stay for a business meeting I highly recommend this establishment.

The restaurant itself is not very posh, but the food is out of this world. Portions are small, but very creative, incredibly well presented and taste sooo good. I had the quail breast with wild rice and truffle and my friend had the ravioli stuffed with duck. The menu is small, but I would have loved to try every item.

The restaurant occupies the most beautiful location, with a terrace in front of the main building looking over the vineyards all the way down the valley. Photo's don't do the location justice. The staff were excellent, busy and attentive, while also taking the time to talk through the menu and take a couple of photos. The food was fantastic, warm bread straight from the oven, cold water and Prosecco. The ingredients were fresh, and their was a good variety to choose from on the menu.My idea of heaven!Dear Guestthanks a lot for your wonderful review !Looking forward to see you again in Ca' Piadera maybe for a longer staycheers

At the Hostaria Via Caprera you can find the typical venetian tradition in the cuisine, where there are a lot of Cicchetti and menù with an ancient taste. Radicchio and Bean, Pasta and Bean, Bigoli, Baccalà , Sarde in Saor, Soup of Onions, are just example
This is an unusual restaurant. The menu is written in dialect and the food is supposed to be typical of the region but I found the offerings to be quite sophisticated. As a starter, I had a cold asparagus creme brûlée followed by an order of pear and mascarpone ravioli made with handmade melt-in-your-mouth pasta. The service was impeccable.

Since re-opening under new ownership this restaurant has become one of the best if not the best restaurant in Vittorio Veneto! The menu is not confusing and all of the options are of high quality, the quality of the meat cuts is superb and was always cooked perfectly as ordered. Many places I have visited have problems separating the restaurant from the bar, this location seems to have things dialed in very well as we could never hear the loud chatter coming from the bar area while we were dining. The outdoor music was at a perfect volume while the lighting was very well proportioned. The outdoor tables are spaced pretty far apart which is nice, the atmosphere was never rushed which was nice as to not have to eat quickly. In warm weather the outdoor area is outstanding, there are not many tables indoors and things do get quite hot with the wood fire which makes it very nice on the colder winter days. The wait staff is always very helpful and professional and always spent time with us explaining the menu in more detail for us non-proficient Italians :)

Where to eat Neapolitan food in Vittorio Veneto: The Best Restaurants and Bars

There are not a lot of dining options in Vittorio Veneto and we booked this restaurant based on Tripadvisor reviews and the location not being far from our B&B.The restaurant is located upstairs in a on the corner as you enter into the newer part of town and is upstairs. The restaurant is very large inside and has two separate dining areas. The dining room is very brightly lit and somewhat dated in style but the place was very busy with locals when we dined there and had a bit of a buzz. The menu is extensive with seafood being the main offering. Many of the locals were ordering the pizza. The gentleman who seated us (who we assumed to be the owner) speaks English very well and took our order. The menus were also available in English. The food was fairly basic in style and of a reasonable standard, especially the baked fish which was very fresh and tasty and was skilfully filleted at the table. The prices were very good value and we happily worked our way through three courses. The only thing that let the experience down for us was the lack of a wine list. The only option was house white or red in a jug. Although the red was adequate we would have preferred to have been offered a choice of bottled wine (a nice Brunello would have hit the spot). The service was very good and efficient and we had an enjoyable evening.
