Stopped in for a takeout snack. Ordered the appetizer platter dish. Excellent! Everything was fresh and delicious. We don't eat middle eastern food often but this place is going to make us want to more often. See photos for what we ordered. Portions were large. Prices were very good. Appears to be dad and daughter that we're working the day we went there. Good family run place. We will come again.

Food is good and service is prompt but there are a lot of similar venue's in this area. The birthday deal gets me in there. Gyro and Chili ... ya can't go wrong.

Our first visit to Peepo's post Detroit Metro. The food was excellent with huge portions. We had the Africano chicken (spicy!) and the chicken shawarma. The downside was it seemed you had to buy bottled water instead of just getting a cup of water. We'll be back.

We visited La Pita again this year for dinner on a Wednesday night. It wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. Our server walked by a few times but it took another server saying something to him before he came to our table. We had humus and pita (their fresh pita is amazing!) and my mom had falafel while I had a shwarma roll. We shared fatoosh as well. Everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
