We ended up here twice. The pizzeria and the restaurant are owned by the same management. We were in Disentis for four days for a choral festival. The first night we ate gnocchi and lamb at the pizzeria. The second night we wanted capuns and rosti and went to the Alpsu first but their kitchen was closed. International and Mediterranean modern kitchen, new renovated with a capacity of 40 Persons. A wonderful location with an excellent service. Fresh products for a very good price value.

Da wir ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel Pazzola verbracht haben, kamen wir natürlich auch in den Genuss die hervorragende Küche auszuprobieren.Als erstes zu den Besitzern Lilly und Christian: Beide haben uns herzlich empfangen, sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant an sich ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Zum Essen können wir nur sagen: Christian ist ein begnadeter Koch. alles war immer frisch zubereitet und liebevoll auf den Tellern angerichtet. Es war ein kulinarischer Genuss.

Dropped in for lunch while motorbiking. Special board offering apple strudel and coffee for SwFr12. It was brilliant - custard was as good as my wifeâs, and cream as well. Mmmm!

Worth booking ahead for Baerenâ¦..Had a delicious meal here..the beef cheeks were to die for. The menu has a good variety of Italian dishes....I fancied several from each course. An extensive wine list allowed the choice of a nice bottle without breaking the bank. Very friendly and helpful service
