We recently had lunch at this restaurant and overall had a great experience. The service was top notch and we were looked after very wellThe oysters were incredible and the main course excellent. There are several restaurants, including the usual chains in Bishopâs Stortford serving Italian food. Cibo is a family run restaurant and itâs very refreshing to eat here.Itâs probably our favourite restaurant in Bishopâs Stortford, great atmosphere, lovely staff and great food, which is always freshly cooked and delicious. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is always a specials menu, in addition to the main one. The portions are generous and we usually share a dessert. We received such a warm welcome from the owner â the staff are all superbly friendly and the coffee was of great quality!I ordered the Greek salad and my partner ordered the chicken gyro we were both incredibly pleased â definitely at the top of our list when we return to this town
