Pizzeria Restaurant in Alicante. Mediterranean specialties and Italian. Couscous. Sunny terrace to eat.
Excellent neighborhood type Italian place, lucky neighborhood!!Friendly welcome, great service even during a busy lunchtime when complexity full. Calamari and capresse salad to start, the salad served with fresh anchovy and olive which worked really well. Seafood pasta and a decent house white all around. Very good espresso and home made limoncello. Definite return. Thank you very much. It is a pleasure for us to take your time to leave us a positivereview on this website. Thank you very much again. Its main objective is to provide customer experiences around wine and exquisitely selected products. To accomplish this goal Raim Degustacion offers a personalized offering tasting and pairing as principal axes. Besides the development of the activity wil
This is our second visit to this wonderful restaurant. It's away from the usual tourist areas, therefore frequented by mainly locals. They have a wonderful, original menu. We tried the guacamole garnished with prawns and seaweed. Delicious. The duck carpaccio in orange sauce with parmesan is unlike any duck dish we've ever had and we have had many. The falafel, although not a good looking dish, was delicious. The original desserts were a welcome and tasty change from the same old, same old available elsewhere. This is so worth a try : the quality-price ratio is astounding.

This was brilliant. There were so many vegan options available it became difficult to choose. The service was exceptional and the chef readily made an amazing dish for my husband who is coeliac and vegan. The food was subtly seasoned and multiple layers of flavours were released with each delicious morsel. We can't wait to go back.

Singular concepto de cocina italiana. Original, fresca, casera. Contando con lo mejores alimentos del mercado. Lugar donde ademas puedes disfrutar de la tradicional piadina italiana unica en Alicante. Humildad, pasion, costancia nuestra esencia.
Visited for dinner with a colleague and had a lovely meal. Only 4 tables and a small, freshly cooked menu. Food is high quality and authentic Italian. I had the gnocchi wth meatball sauce while my colleague had the vegetable tagliatelle. Portions were small but that suited me - I was comfortably full after 2 courses. We were also offered complimentary amuse bouche between courses. Wine is reasonably priced. I would definitely come back.

Very enjoyable Saturday lunch with family. Personal service with the chef (owner) and charming waitress explaining what was on offer. As a bread enthusiast the servicio pan, being chunky bread with alioli and tomato was lovely. The following tomate con salazones (dried salty tuna) unusual and enjoyable. As for my "sandwich of pork" (bocata de magro con tomato), this stew was exquisitely cooked. Personally I would have preferred a few green beans or some cous cous or arroz with it rather than more bread. Others had fish dishes which were not to my taste. We opted for sharing the surprise dessert (Corte Alicantino) whereupon the chef brought a plate of ice cream on a brioche type bun and promptly set alight to the top half! Quite a performance. The restaurant is in a basement down a flight of stairs. The walls are adorned with customer comments - you are invited to add your own. A fun meal which takes time as a small staff and tiny kitchen. So do choose a day when you are at your leisure and can enjoy a slow paced meal. Thanks somuch for your comment. We celebrate you enjoyed the Sotaterra experience. And we appreciate very much your suggestions.Just apologize again for the delay in the service, which is not usual at Sotaterra. As metioned our oven broke in the precise moment of serve you, so I had to "improvise" another technique to cook your dishes.Hope to see you soon.

Madre mÃa!!We visited this restaurant on recommendation by our guesthouse owner - who by the way suggested that we abstain from eating before we visit. With good reason. The cuisine is a tradicionaly alicant style and the restaurant itself has a very homely feel which was lovely. I would recommend the 'bit of everything' menu if you visit at lunch time. If you love seafood you will be in heaven. I can't really pick a favourite dish as every dish we had was so flavoursome and fresh - the chef is amazing! The staff were also very attentive - prior to our visit had mentioned that one of our party was lactose intolerant and with every meal they made sure everything was okay. Gracias la meua casa - hemos pasado un buen rato - estuve riquisimo!!!!Hi familywer! Thanks for your visit to our little restaurant. It has been a big pleausure red your opinion.Regards!

Nice little restaurant situated in the old town of Alicante whit home made kitchen. Mediterranean, mexican and greek kitchen.
I'm going to keep this short, because there is a plethora of glowing reviews about this amazing five table restaurant. That it compares with or exceeds the culinary experiences we've had at many famous destination dining spots is simply stunning when you consider that it's entire staff consists of the husband and wife team of Olivia and Fernando. The dining experience was exceptional, every dish was memorable. This restaurant is for those who adore great food. Just two tips. Make reservations and order their foie gras -- it will take you to gastronomic heaven.

To-Bar has 2 restuarants, one in Alicante and 1 just outside, we went to the one outside in Villa Franqueza. They serve only lunches, we came 4 people for lunch without reservation.Instead of rejecting us (full restaurant) the owner walked us over the street to a bar for a drink so we could wait there for 15 min until he had a table. After 15 he came himself to get us. To-Bar dont have a menu, you will be served 7 amazing courses of Alicante specialtize and after that a paella! This food is genuinly cooked with top ingrediences and served to perfection! There isn't a lot of restaurants in Alicante that can match this food! The restuarant is small and not luxurious, but extremelly welcoming! For those intrested in the price range this restaurant is extremelly cheap for the food served!!! Our bill for 4 people incl wine and dessert was way under 100â¬...This is a must if you enjoy spanish food!!!
