We don't eat red meat, which is a decided handicap in eastern tuscany, so we headed for dei Poeti where most of the menu is fish. We duly enjoyed our fish, with an excellent spinach salad and house wine, but a contorno of fried potatoes turned out to be frozen chips! Never mind. the meal was good despite this.

The B.Bar - Piccola Osteria de la Ghianda is a small restaurant that offers multiple services. From breakfast passing the American bar for a drink and snacks. The focus of the activity is the OSTERIA with its typical cuisine of the four regions that conve
Traditional and modern selections from a big menu. Prices reasonable. Owner Maurizio is thoroughly pleasant and accommodating. Wait staff wonderful. You must try his self-proclaimed "unbelievable" apple pie and ice cream. Noteworthy! We have eaten there twice and are returning, notwithstanding that we'll be 40kms away.

Ate here on a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. Great location, varied menu, resasonably priced, all tasty, three for lunch including vino della casa about 75 euro. A highlight for me was the panacotta with chocolate sauce served by the very engaging and charming chef. Beautiful presentations. Definitely a go back. There is also a B&B attached. Next time I would consider eating outside at the street level although the dining room up one flight is very nice.

New management has seen a change in the menu introducing different and interesting choices. Lots of the old regional favourites are still there but the inclusion on lamb, deer, steak tartare etc add interest. All nicely presented. Friendly welcome as always and definitely a place for regular visits.

I really enjoyed the food and wine combination of the white wine, a Pecorino Pasetti which I had with shrimp, black rice and saffron sauce for starters and Home made spaghetti, garlic oil and chilli pepper with cod and chick pea cream for main. Excellent. Looks and feels like a proper wine bar with excellent food.

This was an amazing experience for lunch during our visit to Sansepolcro earlier in August, and we can't wait to go back! At first, as we sat down in the elegant room and saw the glassware by Bormioli and plates by Ginori, we thought this would be a chic experience, but with cold aloof service and difficult to understand haute cuisine. We were instead happily surprised by the very warm welcome of the Mercati family who run this restaurant and by the authentic way in which the cuisine brought out the deep flavors of Tuscany, with an emphasis on respecting nature when sourcing ingredients. The front staff where all very efficient and helpful and it was clear that the guests at the other tables were enjoying themselves as well. On top of it, the restaurant is in an optimal location on the same street as the museums of Sansepolcro. Truly a gem of a restaurant in what is already a gem of a town!

Since 1983 the âAl Coccioâ restaurant was located in Sansepolcro and from 1988 in Via Aggiunti in the ex sacristy of the Camaldolesi where Luca della Robbia established its name. In 1998 Sara Emanuela Battistelli came along and with plenty of passion, stu
Every element of our experience at this place was excellent. The table was set with beautiful linen; the staff were warm and helpful; pasta had rich and interesting flavours with delicious porcini and a ricotta/walnut combination. Beef carpaccio was paired with generous shavings of black truffle. The wines by the glass were exceptional quality. Parfaits for dessert were imaginative flavours with the unforgettable almond, black sesame and coffee taking prize position. If you are in Sansepulcro this is an experience not to be missed. All at a very reasonable price too

The is a listing under hotels on TA but nothing under Restaurants. You don't have to stay at the hotel to eat there. Cuisine is Italian. But your page of questions would not highlight that!
Not far from Citta di Castello, drive through Lerchi and look for a sign on the left for the tiny road to Celle. Drive up and up to arrive at the Ristorante of Borgo di Celle. This is a lovely place to eat in the warm weather months. Possibly not at weekends as they cater for celebrations including weddings. A delicious lunch for two with good wine set us back ⬠75 in total. The setting is panoramic and close to the Pilgrims Way, (via Francigena). Naturally the water was San Pelligrino! The staff are kind and the piped music can hardly be heard in the elegant, tented dinning area.
