Si tratta di una pescheria con quindi tutto il pesce ben esposto,ci sono diversi piatti che si possono prendere da asporto,e infatti diverse persone passavano a prendere qualcosa. In piu' presenta dei tavoli all'esterno e altri in una struttura coperta con l'aria condizionata. Le premesse sono ottime,ma una volta seduto devo aspettare 20 minuti per prenotare e per avere almeno un po' d'acqua. Dopo altri 20 minuti mi arriva una tartare di gambero con stracciatella e fresella croccante,ottima idea e bel connubio di sapori ma invece di una tartare di gambero mi arrivano dei semplici gamberetti,questo ovviamente ha rovinato il piatto e la mia impressione. Poi ordino dei spaghetti alle vongole,ai signori arrivati dopo di me ,e dopo altri signori che stavano ancora aspettando l'antipasto,arrivano fritture e spaghetti alle vongole mentre a me mi dicono che hanno sbagliato comanda e se non voglio aspettare altro tempo sono quasi pronte delle linguine allo scoglio. Io accetto il cambio,il cameriere si scusa e mi porta un piatto che dice essere piu' abbondante del solito,è un errore che assolutamente ci puo' stare ma non quando arrivano le vongole al signore che conoscete arrivato dopo di me. Le linguine erano buone,cucinate bene e con buon pesce. Il conto totale è stato di 20 euro,onesto per quello che ho mangiato. Secondo me se si vuole fare ristorazione bisogna mettere almeno due camerieri e velocizzare anche la cucina,la materia prima sembra esserci.

Siamo ritornati in questo pub/ristorante dopo un anno dall'ultima volta, perché ci era rimasto uno splendido ricordo. Le aspettative sono state soddisfatte anche stavolta! Lo standard del locale si è mantenuto ottimo, sia per il cibo che per le birre. Una nota di merito va al personale, che sa consigliare i migliori abbinamenti, propone alternative senza essere invadente, ed è cortese e professionale. L'ambientazione, poi, è molto suggestiva ed il locale in pietra è davvero particolare. I piatti di carne sono ricchissimi, stesso dicasi per gli stuzzichini iniziali. Credo che siano i prezzi siano giusti così. Penso proprio che ci ritorneremo ancora!

We tried first a variety of starters that represented a very interesting mix of flavors from the sea and the mountains, all well prepared and very tasty. The highlight was however the great pasta with anchovies and wild fennel.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Yes, yes, yes! A small friendly place in the historic center of Rossano, great service, favorable price and above all: great food! No bloated multilingual menus, but one weekly menu with just a few primis and secundis. Best part was the very rich anitpasti calabrese. Add a fine house wine and delicious dolce for a perfect dinner!

I've been eating around calabria for 2 weeks! The food is amazing almost everywhere, but if you pop in in Rossano you must have a meal here! The owners are so nice and the fish is perfectly cooked and fresh! The price is a joke! So cheap for a good quality. Happy to announce that the dessert tastes like heaven! Well done guys, definetly recomended!

Visited this restaurant when we were traveling in Calabria. The place is nice, very cosy but the food is just amazing. I'm vegetarian and there was one vegan in our group and it was absolutely no problem. We had antipasti, huge plate with all kinds of different vegetables, all super tasty, especially eggplants. Then I had pasta and it was really good. I want to come back to Calabria just to go to that restaurant. The owner is very nice guy and the service is great. I wish there were more stars than 5 in this raiting.
