We went there for a wedding so the place was closed for regular patrons. Highly recommend the restaurant for any events. The restaurant looks amazing. The food was amazing. The service was top notch. The owner is hands on and takes a lot of pride in what comes out of the kitchen and since the kitchen is open we had a front seat view of the action.

Recently went here for a pair of family Birthday celebrations. Menu hasn't changed much since our last visit with the exception of the addition of a New York Strip Steak. We tried it as well as the Hamburger Steak. I must say the hamburger steak was better than the New York Strip. It might have been just two bad cuts but there was a lot of gristle in both steaks. The service was ok, nothing special. The prices are OK, a tad high for what you get.

I have tried twice Amir in the west island and they both tasted different. My first one was on St.Jean Blvd and it was really good and tasty. Staff were so friendly. Then I went to Amir on Pierrefonds Blvd near St. Pierre street (It was near my home). That Amir was tasteless. The rice had no taste salad bland and staff person was cheap. I had to ask him to put me some hummus and he looked like I was asking him for money. If I tried this place first I never would have gone back to Amir chain. Now from reviews I will try the one on St. Charles. Good Luck to me

We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This place has an amazing ambiance and food. The service and attention to detail was unparalleled. Let Daniel and chef Michael entice you with the house specialties. This is a BYOB restaurant which is a bonus, all you have to concentrate on is the food. Everything is fresh and prepared onsite. Even the bread is home made.Definitely worth the drive to St Dorothy Laval!

The worst restaurant you can think about, over priced, poor quality, no price listed so a to they can charge you whatever they want, they serve the leftover food, and suugest you the fish whish about to be rotten. They don't give you bill and calculate the price on piece of paper, you got overwhelmed to the extent that you can't argue or understand what they did, Ryan restaurant is by far much better, bad attitude, will never go back again

Great ambiance with a variety of seating arrangements. Groups, tables of 4. High tables, low tables. Very wide range of choices on the menu. Very reasonably priced. Only across the street from Fairview shopping center. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The owner came to see us and offered us an apéritif. We will definitely be coming back!

Found this little gem via the TripAdvisor community when searching for a lunch spot close to my language school.Conveniently located in the heart of Kirkland with ample parking outside. Service was speedy, albeit a little on the light side (the didn't ask many questions and the waiter seem to rather serve plates than taking orders).Food choice is great, if you like Greek and/or Persian food. The garlic pita breads that came for the table were jummy and the rest of the food was as well.Ambience is fine, despite having had half the restaurant occupied by a farewell lunch group! :)We will absolutely be back here.

We were 8 people who were celebrating 2 birthdays last night at Marathonâs in DDO. I brought in my own birthday cake to serve later on after dinner. Service was fast and efficient, as usual. We ordered a few appetizers which came in a timely fashion which we ate with their yummy garlic bread. Their saganaki is a MUST! Basically, itâs some sort of Greek cheese which is breaded and fried and served with lemon wedges....to die for! We also ordered kapanisti, a thick, spicy red pepper dip, also delish. Meals ranged from chicken pita platters to doner pita platters and souvlaki stick platters, all served with fries and salad. After the meal, our waiter brought out the birthday cake and after we sang to the birthday people and they blew out the candles, our waiter took the cake away and sliced it up and served it to us. There was no charge for this service. Marathonsâs...always delicious and always good value.

Nestled in the heart of the West Island; La Verita is an Italian fine dining experience that is bound to impact your senses. The focus is to ensure guests delight with the restaurant's modern Italian cuisine, while surrounded by a warm and trendy decor. A
This wa my third visit to this restaurant during the last 2 years. Great experience again: fresh and well prepared food, very attentive service, a bit pricey but worth it. We were a group of 8 people, we chose different items on the menu and everyone was satisfied. Personally, I had the lobster ravioli and it was excellent. Will certainly return.
