Booked a table in advance for a special occasion and what a waste of money!Never had a restaurant been so badly overrated. Starters of bruschetta was ok canât go wrong really, then it all went downhill, husband ordered fillet steak itâs never been a fillet in its life, fatty, gristly and just plain awful served with a wedge of rubbery potatoes, I had a lamb stew and spent my night removing slithers of bones from every mouthful, tiramisu average 80 Euro with wine down the drain, weâve ate at Michelin restaurants and corner cafes and consider ourselves to have a open mind to all food we eat but this was probably the worst weâve had!

We visited here on our first night. Great Steak and fish (salmon) and great starters. Service friendly. My only fault, all a bit "fast" and needed slowed a little between courses to make it more of a dining experience. But cant fault food or friendly service! We only had a week away this time so never returned. Had we been there longer, we would have been back.

Situated within the grounds of Hotel Club Puerto Atlantico in Arguineguin, Restaurante Rossini offers the perfect place for an unforgettable night with family and friends. At twilight, experience the awe-inspiring beauty of the Atlantic sun disappearing b
Great food! Amazing service and on top a wonderful view of the ocean. This is the place where the go the extra mile to make you happy. We had dinner here twice in a week, first for my parents anniversary and the just because. Both times was perfect. The food is really great- everything we tried: but especially the steak and the lasagna. A must is to enjoy the sunset! Will be back.Dear aikenBergEide,Thank you very much for your nice review. It was a pleasure to have you here and we hope to see you back soon.Kind regards,The whole Rossini Team.

El Puerto everything reminds of the ocean and the marine style: varied food oriented in the sea, with international touches based on market cuisine. A place to enjoy in company and taste one of the best Canarian cuisines in a fresh atmosphere and a step a

The last restaurant . You see the correct informacion. Luminoso informativo. Nice view. Tapas paellas fish meat.
Visited on basis of great TripAdvisor rating on the Monday of Hols only to find it closes that day. Returning on the Wednesday, we received a warm welcome and despite not booking, a table was found for us.Drinks sorted out, menu viewed and we decided on having starters of 5 Tapas between the three of us - real mistake as these are pretty large portions. We had:Black pudding (Local made with almonds (7 good sized slices which tasted lovely)Garlic Bread with Aleoli- 8 piecesCanarian Potatoes - 15 mixed size Potatoes - beautifulChorizo & onions - fabulous tasting in a large bowl and were almost a meal in themselves. For mains, I had Salmon with a mint sauce and vegetables. A combination I would never have thought would go together. In fact, as presented it didn't. The salmon was delicious, a large fillet but absolutely covered in a thick cream sauce which had only a hint of mint - not at all nice. When I scraped the sauce off, the meal became tasty and the mint presence complemented the fish - please chef, don't overdo the sauce and especially the heavy cream constituent. The other two diners had Scampi which both described as dry, bland and tasteless. Major issue was the coating on the pretty large pieces of Scampi. They found it was so dry as to be inedible but removed from each piece, the Scampi itself was not too bad.Good starters and perhaps unfortunate choice of mains left us undecided about a return visit.

This roof top bar and restaurant offers the ideal place to sea the sun go down with spectacular views of the bay. Allow time for a lovely cocktail (or two) to study the menu as the sun sets.A diverse choice of dishes well presented with good service. Good but expensive.

Our restaurant is based on the tasteful Southern Italian cuisine, in particular the flavours of Apulia and Sicily. We strive to serve creative dishes, inspired by the original Italians recipes. A cuisine, known for it's homemade pastas, bread and other pu
Being a former resident of Gran Canaria I've tried many restaurants on the island and I can honestly say ll Gusto is one is the best in the category fine dining restaurants. We enjoyed a 3 course surprise menu and were definitely blown by the quality of the food and presentation of the dishes. Owner and head chef Fabrizio is truly passionate about his food and puts a lot of thought, passion and creativity in the dishes. I highly recommend trying the surprise menu, as it was top notch in taste and flavor. Furthermore I would give the staff an A+ for their outstanding service. Il Gusto offers a phenomenal dining experience that's easily compared to a Michelin level. You're missing out if you don't try Il Gusto!Melissa thank you so much for your visit and this lovely 5 bubble review! We were happy to welcome you and we appreciate you taking the time to write about us on Tripadvisor.See you next time!

The restaurant âLa Aquarelaâ is located in front of the ocean in Patalavaca, in the south of Gran Canaria. It opened more than 20 years ago with one goal, to offer the pleasure of tasting a refined cuisine in a privileged environment. After several years o
Looking for somewhere special for a birthday meal, we could not have found a better place, hidden away in the Patalavaca cove, in a most inconspicuous hotel complex, this hotel opens out into the sunset with a greeting that matches anywhere with "a star". The staff were so welcoming ( and so many) that you feel immediately welcome, and the quality of the wine, food and service are hard to beat anywhere. The little touches to each dish, the surprise ingredients (such a frozen Foie Gras crumb that melted back into a delicious emulsion) made this one of the best meals ever. Not the cheapest place to eat on the island, but if want really good food, with really good wine, in a beautiful setting, then this is probably the best place in Gran canaria.

A bit of an uphill walk which helps build an appetite. The restaurant is pleasant with a nice view. I ordered the steak and my wife had the seabass. It was truely one of the nicest meals we had during our stay in Gran Canaria. Do try it out if you're in the area.

Only two tables to be served at this early lunchhour, even so the wait for four light lunchdishes (including three different salads) was 45 mins! The food was OK, and host and his wife (J&J) was cheerful and nice. But the wait was just to long to get a decent score.
