Paralia (Greek: Παραλία, Paralía, meaning "beach") is a tourist seaside settlement and a former municipality in the eastern part of the Pieria regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Katerini, of which it is a municipal unit. The seat of the municipality was in Kallithea. The 2011 census reported a population of 1,124 for the village of Paralia, and 6,803 for the municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 24.344 km, the community 1.849 km.. Paralia Katerinis actually translated "Beach of Katerini" and is the closest beach to the capital city of Katerini.

After the excellent experience last summer, have to admit that this place is not a good choice. The food is not that good as it was, and the main problem is the service. You have to wait 20min just to have the menu (at around 17h when there were barely 3 tables taken), and again - more than 30min to get the bill, pay, and have the change back. Disaster...

Deffinetly the best pizza u will have in olympic beach, made fresh right in front of you. Place is clean and nice. Staff members are welcoming and friendly. You can have your leftovers packed to take away. Highly recomended place to eat!

We have stopped there by accident. Nothing fancy, regular greek tavern, on the promenade street meters away from the beach. Ordered there stuffed calamari, a grilled calamari and a fried calamari menu for the kid. Well, i can say the grilled calamari was huge and each dish was actually very deljcious. See the pictures attached. Will definetely go there again.

Typical food,expected taste,a bit shabby place honestly speaking. It does not surprise you or bring the wow effect,but judging by the crowd,it is quite popular among tourists due to the deck on the beach- and that is all it has. The dishes like saganaki mussels are a bit questionable.I would not visit again.

This Restaurant have very fresh and delicious food. We had mediterranean plate for two which was very big, the food was more than enough and very tasty. We also had tzatziki - also very nice done. The service is on point as well. Will definitely visit again!
