We came here with Family (7people) to have a pizza. Service was good and fast, and although the choice of pizzas was not huge, the quality was great. Well cooked, good fillings, and crunchy.Nice terrace to sit outside. Also desserts were really tasty.

We ate here quite late but had no problem getting a table. It was recommended by our Location Manager and it was a good solid choice. The main part of the restaurant is actually inside upstairs though during our visit many people were sitting eating out of the front as it was a hot summers evening. (So this is not an issue, despite the other review) This place can get busy though, so with its various levels to sit (Two inside and outside) just make sure they're aware of you on arrival. It is possible to just come here for a cake and coffee but we came for dinner. I had pizza as I had yet to try one on the island and it was pretty good. I let the waiter decide for me as the menu was all in Italian and he picked a pretty good choice, checking the ingredients were okay with me first. My fellow travelers were all very happy with their food. Unusually the restaurant also had a shop where it sold arts and crafts by local artists but also their own plates which were an incredible design. I can certainly recommend this place as the food was great but those without a local translator or short on their Italian may struggle a little, but don't let that stop you from eating here.

Our best meal in Sardinia - everything was very freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Had three courses (skipped the antipasti) . Selected all the 'local' dishes from both the main menu and daily special menu. Superb ! Service was pleasant and efficient.

Today we had a great dinner, for apetizer we had cordedda with piselli followed with capretto agli agrumi all paired with a great house Red wine from Usini. Sonia and her housband Maurizio(chef/ownwer) are wonderful host friendly and professional, we feel like home and we'll be back soon. Thanks for the great experience.

From the renovation of an old farmhouse (adapting it to current standards) we recovered the premises suitable for the reception and the restaurant, there is also a veranda with 70 comfortable seats from which you can admire a beautiful landscape with a ba
We were a party of four. Booked 1 day before because we know that agriturismi prepare food only for people who book. The day we were there the owners accepted 6 people who did not book. It ended this way: we did not get ravioli at all (the primo piatto we got was hardly resembling a pasta plate) and we got maialetto for hardly 2 servings. The rest of our food? It went to the table of people who arrived without reservations. Price= 30 euros for about the half what you usually have at an agriturismo in Sardinia. Dear friends you earned 6 more customers that day (180 euros) but lost 4 good customers for life. This attitude (short term gain instead of long-term customer relationships) must change.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a hot sultry summer day. The owners greeted us right away and were super accommodating in explaining their lunch menu. We shared an antipasto, ravioli, pasta bolongese and some homemade red wine. Dessert options looked delicious but we were too stuffed to order any more food. We were traveling from San Teodoro to Santa Maria Navarrese so this was a perfect stop in between our travels.

This is the fourth time I've been here: amazing place, friendly staff with great cuisine, fresh seafood, good choices of wines and fair prices.

We stopped here for dinner, the menu was extensive and we had reasonably high expectations. My husband ordered the crab salad and the waitress had to check on its availability. She confirmed this was available and the dish was duly ordered. The salad arrived made with crab sticks. We had to laugh that she actually checked on this! Rest of food average and served by a slightly surly waitress. As we discovered Sardinian food isn't a gourmet experience so choose something simple.

I went to this restaurant twice during my two-week in holiday in Sardinia and I can't recommend it enough! The pasta is home-made and cooked to perfection. The roast pork is heavenly, with unbelievably crispy crackling, yet not dry or overcooked. The pana carasou (Sardinian crispy bread) was fresh and made in house. The only minor quibble was that the sheep with balsamic vinegar dish didn't quite stand up to the others, but was still very tasty. The meals have been finished off with delicious desserts and house made Mirto and Limoncello. And to top it all off, the service is warm and friendly and the location is lovely. Seriously, a great place to enjoy Sardinian food.

This is not a normal hotel, this is a place that made history in Sardinia. Great location, beautiful views, dreamy nature and a strong and powerful relationship with the extraordinary surrounding territory. Yet, no business can relax and think that everything is done and no extra effort is needed...Su Gologone charges premium prices for rooms that are pretty basic and with old aircon systems that barely keep the room cool. The pool desperately needs some work done to it, it looked dirty and the area around it was also scruffy and in need of care. Towels for the pool are boring and old looking, toiletries in bathrooms are also old and boring. Unacceptable to have (very expensive) drinks still served with plastic straws...Hellooooo, itâs 2019, wake up! The food served at the restaurant is now pretty boring and cater for unadventurous northern Europeans with a bit of money...Service is generally very good, Massimo at reception was great and so the majority of his colleagues, but some others (I have one female in mind...) did not seem to care that much, I had to ask four times for something that with a tiny bit of initiative could have been done straight away...She could not be bothered...At 370 euro a night, I expect at least a touch of proactivity...Itâs good but not good enough. Dear Su Gologone, you are lovely and we love you but please thereâs no time to relax, no time to be self reliant. At 370 a night I could go to some other lovely places, somewhere else...You need to be great again, impeccable, spotless. Your staff have to be amazing. You can do it! We love you â¤ï¸
