The pizzas here are really very good - authentic dough, baked well, served hot with good toppings. At â¬4.50 for the basic range plus â¬1.50 cover, good value. A nice range of interesting beers too, and a buzzy local atmosphere mean it's no hard to see why it's popular. Two of our number had desserts which were a little less good.

The Degustabono offers a predominantly seafood cuisine, with a careful selection of high quality raw materials. Innovative cooking techniques are used that fully embrace the philosophy of healthy cooking with enormous respect for the raw material. In addi
This is really an amazing place! The ambiance is quite and pleasant, the tables are situated on a good distance from each other (so your neighbors donât disturb you), the premises are quite modern. The food is very tasty, fresh and not fat; the plates are not too big so you donât leave restaurant overeated. And a separate word for services! The waiters are so efficient, attentive and know their job; thank you, guys, once again! Highly recommended!

The place is conveniently located along the old National Highway 106, roughly halfway between Montegiordano and Rocca Imperiale. We had their signature mixed âantipasto mareâ (fish- and seafood-based starter, very good) and the âlinguine agli scampiâ (prawn linguine, quite good), for a reasonable price.Service was quite prompt and attentive, also considering that the place was full. The restaurant seems popular with locals, thatâs good sign as a general rule. On the basis of this experience I would go back to this place, if passing by Rocca Imperiale.

The restaurant, located in the municipality of Rotondella, is open every day of the week, but we recommend you contact us with little useful advance to check availability of the room. The Pago has an indoor restaurant, lovely place in the autumn / winter
This property is nicely tucked away. It is family owned which gives it more of a personal feel. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. It came with free Wi-Fi which is always great, a small refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom inside our room was clean as well. The owners checked on us to see if we were okay and the food was pretty good too. We also saw little animals walking around such as rabbits, peacocks and roosters which added to our experience. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is it!

Chef is exceptional. Amazing flavours. The restaurant is cosy, warm and friendly. The location is stunning. A must see, out of the way gem. Starters were exceptional, unique, full of flavour and utterly delicious. The rabbit as a second course was awesome. The lemon cheese cake is to die for. Highly recommended

This is the sort of place you wish you still found more of in Italy. There used to be thousands of them but sadly the old homely, inexpensive trattorias serving delicious food that varied tremendously from region to region (and even from village to village) mostly seem to have given way to pretentious restaurants that think they can serve nouvelle cuisine-style rubbish, and not much of it, at grossly inflated prices. Well, if that's been your experience, you'll welcome this trattoria, where mamma Enza and daughter Giusy will treat you to real Lucano food at unbelievably reasonable prices. I'm not saying it's fine cuisine (thanks heavens) or silver service. It's just sheer good food served in a homely, friendly manner in a lovely old house with a stunning view from under the arches (where you can eat outside on a fine day). Try the peperoni cruschi, the pasta with cacioricotta... and the gnumeredde - if you dare!

We had a substantial meal of local antipasti, many small interesting dishes, a little different from those usually provided in the area, followed by pork from local black pigs - very succulent and tasty. The restaurant is small but very welcoming and charming and the service is helpful and attentive.
