Tampere's first Meze-restaurant. The taste of the Middle Eastern vegetarian food. An unique taste experience. ⢠Tuomiokirkonkatu 21 ⢠Kuninkaankatu 17
Quick service, nice vege dishes with good flavours. We needed a place near the railway station and only had an hour. There was not a lot of people around since the lunch time was over and people were just about finishing office hours. Most of the ingredients aren't obviously freshly made on the spot. The bread and the halloumi were heated in the grill and the condiments were visible under the glass counter. Still - I liked the flavours and the quickness of the service.
We visited Tony's Gyros on New Years eve and had pork gyros plates. It was very tasty! Juicy meat, fries, fresh pita and good tzatziki + Greek salad on the side. No need for the extra dips, which we purchased although they were good too. Friendly and quick service. People stopped by to pick up take away and that's also a good idea. Located behind Lielahtikeskus, good parking space. Modern interior. Not just greek fast food, but more. Easy to pop in and have a tasty meal. We love greek food and have enjoyed it in Greece multiple times. This took us right back to Greece. We will definetily go again! Hopefully people will find this new restaurant!

Y could say, that the flavors remind you about forest they have a special way of creating that in each dish they serve. Highly recommended restaurant in Tampere, remember to book a table.

Dining 26 dip in its kitchen Mediterranean tastes. However, not only on the Mediterranean countries, as traditionally perceived Spanish, French, Italian and Greek dishe , the restaurant also sails further south to Morocco and Lebanon tastes also.
Initially we thought to have dinner in a more relaxed atmosphere, a bistro or pizzeria perhaps, but ultimately Dining 26 tempted too much. They serve smaller portions (warms and colds) to share, 10 euros each, menus made of those, and they do have few main courses as well. We opted to have two smaller portions to share for starters and main courses. We had lamb sausages and seabass as starters in a north african style. Very nice, both of them. As main courses my girlfriend had romanesco, almond and labnesh and I had flank steak with pear and garlic. We also shared a portion of patatas bravas. The food was excellent in every way. Wine recommendations seemed to work, cocktails were nice and beer list was short but well thought.Service was relaxed and timely. As a conclusion the price-quality ratio was brilliant. You get a flank steak with same price from an S-group diner, but I can guarantee that you are happier after dining at Dining 26.
