Sicilian food and best wines from Italy.
Trattoria i Siciliani requires patience but it is worth the wait. A very busy small trattoria with a real buzz. The staff know their business. There is an excellent wine list and the food offering covers all tastes and is efficiently constructed.

The quality and taste of the food is really really good.Portions are big, but you can always ask for "half portion".If you are going to get something out of the menu, ask for the price in advance, those dishes might be a bit pricey.

I would have never found this place if I hadn't been invited for a business dinner. The ambience is not very inviting, however, food and service were really good. The grilled baby calamari with herbs were delicious and so was the tuna tartare on red pesto. The only weird thing was the cream cheese on the tartare. The served bread (sourdough bread and pizza bread) were fresh and really good, too. The pizzas on the other tables looked great...Service was very attentive. If I happen to be in Neu-Isenburg again, I will come back.

Alexis Sorbas is certainly not a typical greek restaurant that targets a mass audience by selling mediocre -meat mountains- of Gyros and bifteki with fries, they actually sell great food with a much higher standard as you would expect, also looking at the location, a residential neighbourhood.I can certainly recommend this restaurant and only 2 small facts made me give them 4 in stead of 5 points, the first : it was quite loud , hard to have a conversation during the meal but they did have a large group that evening, and the way they tried to sell their wine , pushing a blend and promoting it big time without giving me the opportunity to have a look in the wine menu (maybe they don't even have one)

This venue is great for a casual catch up dinner with friends and colleagues alike. In summer the Long benches and tables outside are very popular and support the good natured atmosphere of the place. The Tapas is of good quality, the German beer is excellent as always. If you are visiting Neu-Isenburg you should definitely check this little gem out.

Have visited this place on several occasions for both lunch and dinner and was never disappointed. In summer, you can sit out back in the partially covered outdoor terrace area and in winter, it is very cosy inside.Very friendly staff and excellent quality food.Tip: Lunch menu is great value with three main menus starter, all including a main course plus dessert or coffee.Highly recommended, especially for a discreet business lunch

This place has a nice ambience but it's a struggle in English (fair enough). My medium rare was rare but still very nice but needed more than just beens/potatoes on side. Italian colleagues said the desserts were not authentic to the region of origin and it was expensive - steaks started at 28euros.

Great food at reasonable prices when you think of Frankfurt in your 15 min drive. One special word to Jaggi who always went the extra mile to satisfy his customers, including ourselves. Good advice and very good food and drinks. You should try this place and there will be no regrets ?
