The service first of all was mediocre at best, the staff act like your annoying them just by being there. We were there for an hour and a half and still didnât get to eat anything more than an appetizer. Wouldnât waste my time or money on this place.Hello twhn,Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry you did not leave with the wonderful memories that so many of our guests speak of and that we did not have the opportunity to amend your visit prior to your departure. We apologize for the slow service you received as this is certainly contrary to our service standard. Rest assured your comments will be shared with our team in an effort to improve as we move forward. We certainly hope to welcome you back and demonstrate just how committed we are to personal and attentive service.Sincerely,Management of the Inns of Monterey

Dinner at the Paprika Cafe was a delight. It is a very small and intimate place, staffed by just by the owner the night we were there - so don't go expecting super fast service. Be prepared to relax and enjoy the ambiance of this little jewel. The owner is very friendly and while it may take a bit to get your food if the restaurant is crowded - as it was when we were there - the wait is worth it!! We sipped on homemade lemonade as we waited, enjoyed appetizers of dolmas and spinach pies that were perfection. My son had a garlic lemon chicken, served with a garlic sauce that was to die for. Luckily, it is so popular that the owner sells it in jars - I bought some! My daughter and I had the falafel, served with side salad, hummus and tabouleh. The whole meal was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Epsilon is owned and operated by a Greek family and has been serving the Monterey Peninsula for 25 years in the same location. The homestyle cooking is the closest you will come to actually eating in Greece. The Decour and the ambience is unbelievable. My
We live in Monterey County and have been dining at Epsilon for several years. We are vegetarian and appreciate quality options. The Imam Bayaldi is my husbands favorite, when ordered with no feta on the side Greek salad, it is an amazing vegan meal. The hummus, Greek Salad are also solid plant based options. Consider dining at a local restaurant, where the owner is usually present and strives to make you feel welcomed. Old world ambience, with exposed beams in the ceiling, I felt like I was in Europe dining here. Thank you so much for your feedback we really thrive hard for our vegetarian options great food is very much a vegetarian delicacy we hope to see you again soon thank you again opah
