Upgrade Sicilian cuisine. Excellent restaurant at the top of the Albereto Castle. Went there with my wife on our honeymoon for dinner. The service, the taste the view were exquisite! Welcome drink and antipasti, very helpfull servers. With a bottle of wine two main dishes (one was a filet mignon) salad and couple of antipasti our total was 100 Euros. Was expecting more truthfully!! The absolute place for a romantic dinner!! congrats!

If you are staying or passing through Rimini, Trattoria Da Savino is a great place to stop, in my opinion especially for lunch. The views on the way there are lovely, and on arrival, you'll realise that you've stumbled on the "true Romagna"Marco, the son and head of house of this family run gem is welcoming, courteous, and professional - it is immediately apparent that he was weaned there, and runs his diner accordingly.On the dozens (yes dozens) of times I've eaten there, I've rarely had an under par meal, and even then it has been worthy of a good review. The menu is simple with several signature dishes which are freshly prepared and exceptionally consistent. How many times do you return to a restaurant to eat a certain dish only to be disappointed because it has been prepared differently? This at Savino won't happen.Good food, friendly service, excellent size portions, great value - what more can you ask for.As long as you understand that you'll be eating in a typical "no frills" Italian Trattoria, you will not be disillusioned, trust me.

When we came it was very busy, but we were served right away. We did take a table inside, in stead of airing for a table outside. The food is very good! Genuine Italian, straightforward and honest. Good value for money!

We visited here with our good friends fabio and Simona who arranged our truly amazing food experience evening...no words really...wonderful from start to finish...the setting...the restaurant...the staff ..the food..the wine..the chef/ owner...an artist in the kitchen....the very best restaurant ever a truly MUST try if you are in the area...please...you will not be disappointed...thank you so very much to all for this fantastic experience. Recommended this restaurant by our hotel and what a treat it was. We had the taster menu and everything was totally delicious. The staff spoke very good English and explained each dish locally. They use fresh seasonal local produce , it was not fancy but it was extremely well cooked food. Everything tasted of what it was meant to taste of. There was an aubergine "meat" ball (with no meat) in the most exquisite tomato sauce I have ever tasted. Would love to go back

Se dovete andare a cena, meglio non pranzare prima. L'offerta non è ampia, in compenso la qualità e la genuinità delle pietanze sono legate ai loro prodotti a km 0 (la possibilità di poterli acquistare anche direttamente sul posto lo dimostra), per non parlare della abbondanza dei piatti serviti. Raccomandiamo questa struttura a chi ama la vera cucina

My girlfriend and I left this place feeling like they must have undercharged us! For the 5 hours we were there we were plied with wine, fresh fruit, cakes, a 5 or 6 course dinner (more food than we could really manage but it was so delicious we forced it down!) and then we were presented with the bill... 60â¬. Suffice to say we're going back next weekend to stay the night and use the pool also! Wonderful hospitality from the congenial family owners. Highly recommended.

Everything's excellent, the fish was fresh and of top end quality. The staff is explaining you the dishes and they are creating high expectations, all met as food is served. I got raw fish mix as starter and ravioli with shrimps in Normandy butter sauce. Dessert and liquor has been offered. Advised alone, for a couple or a group of friends!

We enjoyed a lot our lunch in this beautifully located restaurant, with a superb view of unspoiled green hills. On arriving, we got worried, when we saw a lot of other guests (due to some girls having their "cresima" celebrations, if we well understood; luckily, we had booked in advance); but all these other guests did not impact the service we received, which was both fast and very attentive to our requests. The range of available food is rather limited and the antipasti (entrees) are pre-determined. But since everything tasted from very good to excellent, we think the limited choice is an acceptable trade-off. Only the wine did not meet the expectations; especially those of our friends, who are expert on local wines; so we asked for a better one, and we got it. But probably due to this change, at the end the price (26 Euro/person) was a bit higher than in other restaurants in nearby hills.
