This restaurant offers well prepared local food in a cozy elegant ambiente. It deserves a visit, has a well balanced menu, not expensive, fast and friendly service. the food is slightly different than in other local restaurants around, slightly more modern and with a different flavor.

We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of the Ca' Mura hotel, which is a 10-15 minute drive away. it was a dinner to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, therefore I was a little nervous it would live up to the occasion. We should not have been concerned. The food throughout was superb and the wine recommendations very good as well. The restaurant is popular so do book ahead, especially for weekends. Yes, this place is tucked away and it would be a fairly tedious drive from central Padua (the nearest large town). That said if you can fit it to your itinerary you will be not be disappointed. Very fair value for the quality as well.

lovely location with outdoor seating near pool in large garden. Internally tasteful although layout a little odd. Food is a good range of both raw and cooked fish and meat and in my experience always good and sometimes outstanding, I would highly recommend the chateaubriand which is excellent and hard to find these days. A good wine list with very reasonable prices. The owners, husband in kitchen and wife in restaurant are some of the most wonderful hosts I have ever come across. The only negative which is minor is that the waiters could be a little friendlier and quicker but this is nitpicking and it is also comparing service provided by the owner.

Locale interessante e semplice, servizio discreto. Ottimo pesce, da moscardini a fritto, passando per un buon branzino alla griglia. Dolci fatti al momento. Bravi!

We went there for dinner. I had the tuna (on the winter fish menu) and it was amazing! Can't wait to go back in the spring/summer. :)

The place deserves its TA rating. Packed full on Friday night, buzzing with few tourists but lots of locals, attended by an army of friendly and efficient staff. Charming old farm settings. Wide selection of mouth watering dishes. Bresaola and cheese, and tomato mussels for appetizers (more like full meals size) then two different preparations of whole sea basses for mains, one with tomato and roasted potatoes, the other in a salt crust, both delicious. Then came the surprise: all that for under 30⬠per person, incl. a bottle of merlot and mineral water at 1⬠per liter! Unbeatable seems to be the motto in the region.

Needed a short stop over on route to Milano and was welcomed by Gialuca who I must say was very polite and welcoming,he served my friend and I coffee and opened the restaurant early to accommodate.I had a burger which was freshly made and to perfection, I must say if you need a bottle of quality wine this is the place as Gianluca really knows his stuff. Thanks for a great stop over Ciao

This isn't really in a tourist area: that's on the other side of the SS10 in the hills. Yet if you drive along a small lane for a couple of miles until you reach the busy autostrada crossing it, you'll find the Campagnola hidden away under vines. The welcome is friendly, and there's always an interesting appetiser to tempt you as you browse through the menu. Here's a warning: the bread is made on the premises and there are at least 10 different kinds, hot from the oven. You might eat so much you it will take the edge off your appetite, and that would be a shame, because the menu is full of amazing dishes. They are good at combining unusual ingredients, or new takes on traditional dishes like their version of a hamburger served with mustard ice cream, or cannoli filled with a kind of mozzarella. The outdoor seating in summer is shady and pleasant, there are vast vaulted rooms for indoor dining amongst their own vats of wine, and there's a garden at the back with a small playground for children. It's best to phone and check if they're open as often they are only open at weekends. Well worth the detour!

Stopped in for lunch while en route from Padova to Lake Garda. We only wanted a light-ish lunch, so pasta was the idea. We've had many pasta dishes in Italy, where we've visited about 20 times, that have ranged from average to excellent, but we've never had anything to match this. These are not your standard pastas, but individual recipes that we've never seen replicated anywhere else. My wife and I chose different dishes, and we both agreed, these were the best pasta dishes we've ever had.The owner was very friendly and welcoming, the decor was beautiful, and these are great positives for the restaurant, but the food quality is why you must go. Sadly, because we only ate light and because we still had a distance to travel, we didn't get to sample any other dishes, but the menu promised to be very exciting.
